Kein 5 Stern - alte Ausstattung mit zahlreichen Gebrauchsspuren - kein Service (Rezeption telefonisch um 20h nicht erreichbar, danach zu Hotel Themen nicht auskunftsfähig) - kein international TV - eher einfach und oberflächlich sauber ABER bei 5 Stern ist die Erwartung wesentlich höher, leider reicht es max zu 4 Sternen und einfachen Standards

Good size clean comfortable room
Overall I was happy with the room, just. Few comments:
1. No bar so feeling a little lost having drinks. Garden infested with mosquitoes so a nice place inside would have been welcome
2. Flat pillows, even two not enough
3. TV does switch off, so I had to unplug it

A dream ! Very sophisticated and well-kept hotel! Very convenient to reach, ample parking for customers, plus it has many services inside including the DIVINO restaurant, hairdresser and beauty centre! Stunning rooms and always attentive reception! Not to mention the breakfast!!! I would absolutely go back!!!

When the outside is deceiving and the price seems strangely low, here at the Hotel Al Tezzon you will change your mind. From the outside the structure is taken care of in every detail, at the reception the smile is at home in addition to the professionalism of the girl. Room, single in my case, with French bed, very comfortable and slept well with 2 pillows, nice and bright, with attention to every detail, with safe, bag for dirty laundry and even slippers, fridge, nothing to complain about. The bathroom is nice and spacious, complete with everything, we even find a stool to put in the shower for every need, if you want to look for dust it's impossible. The best comes in the morning when you have breakfast, there really is everything, varied bread, fresh and dried fruit, cold cuts and much more. In a hotel like theirs, you don't expect such a wide choice and attention to detail
