La struttura è indubbiamente affascinante e moderna, con un'attenzione ai dettagli che si apprezza. La Spa, poi, è un vero gioiello: ampia, luminosa grazie alle vetrate con vista sull'esterno e dotata di ogni comfort. Un'oasi di relax che merita una menzione speciale. Purtroppo, però, devo constatare che i servizi offerti non sono stati all'altezza delle aspettative e del livello della struttura. All'arrivo, l'accoglienza si è dimostrata alquanto distratta: nonostante ci avessero visti entrare, abbiamo atteso prima di essere accolti, mentre il personale continuava a parlare tra loro ad alta voce ignorandoci completamente. Anche il servizio al ristorante si è rivelato deludente: personale poco attento e approssimativo, tempi di attesa lunghi e piatti incompleti. E pensare che c'erano solo 5 tavoli da servire! La qualità del cibo, inoltre, è risultata piuttosto scarsa. Considerando il prezzo pagato, un servizio del genere è inaccettabile. Stesso discorso per la colazione: il buffet, poco curato e con un'atmosfera quasi "sterile", offriva prodotti non freschi e di qualità mediocre. Per un hotel a 4 stelle, certe mancanze sono davvero imperdonabili. Concludendo, sebbene la struttura sia molto bella, il servizio offerto non giustifica il prezzo elevato. Per questo motivo, al momento, non mi sento di consigliarlo. Spero che la mia recensione possa essere uno spunto per migliorare e offrire un'esperienza all'altezza del potenziale di questo hotel.

Centro benessere accogliente e rilassante, curato nei minimi dettagli tutte le stanze del centro benessere hanno una splendida veduta ( di solito i centro benessere sono al buio ) per finire massaggio relax di coppia eseguito da margot e Ilaria in modo impeccabile e professionale. COMPLIMENTI .

Personnel et service parfait. Excellents soins au spa. Chambres superbes. Bon petit-déjeuner quoique pas fait maison. Très bonnes options de restauration si vous restez à l’hôtel.
