Il soggiorno è stato molto rilassante, ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia. I proprietari Alessandro e Susanna sono molto gentili e simpatici. Avevamo prenotato una camera doppia e ci hanno assegnato una Deluxe senza sovrapprezzo. La location è in una posizione molto bella, i servizi eccellente. Molto soddisfatti

Ottimo hotel con spa
Accoglienza calorosa da parte dello staff, ci hanno dato una camera con letti per persone alte, io sono due metri, accorgimento molto apprezzato! Siamo andati subito in spa dopo una giornata di sci, SPA molto piacevole e calda, peccato per l’idromassaggio che era guasto. La cena in mezza pensione è stata di nostro gradimento, antipasto e dolce a buffet. Camere molto spaziose, pulite e molto calde (forse troppo). Ci tornerei.

posto perfetto che consigliamo a tutti....personale impagabile Cosa è piaciuto · Hotel in una posizione perfetta, colazione buona, buffet molto buono e vario.SPA giusta per le dimensioni dell'hotel, sauna ben scaldata e pulita, piscina più piccola ma sufficiente.Possibilità di rinfrescarsi nella SPA come limonata e tè gratuiti e sempre pronti.Tuttavia, una delle cose principali è la disponibilità e la simpatia di Zuzana e di suo marito Alessandro. Due persone che renderanno il vostro soggiorno piacevole indipendentemente dalla disponibilità del perssonale a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Lo consiglio vivamente anche agli ospiti con amici a quattro zampe - è un paradiso in terra per loro senza disturbare gli altri ospiti.Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti i nostri amici e crediamo che torneremo qui.

Proprietari cinesi gentili e disponibili. Per il resto mediocrità in tutto (colazione, cena, piscina, camera di cui ho apprezzato solo l‘ampiezza) . Non mi era mai capitato in Alto Adige di trovare sul balcone hotel (abbastanza lungo) un solo vasetto di geranio praticamente secco ( altri hotel limitrofi ricchissimi di fiori!!!!!!) e , viaggiando da sola in camere matrimoniali uso singole, non ho mai trovato il letto matrimoniale con un solo cuscino e una copertina da letto singolo . Rapporto qualità /prezzo basso.

Decisamente si. Hotel in posizione centrale con disponibilità posto auto. SPA piccola ma con quanto serve, gastronomia locale notevole e personale molto cordiale. il Prezzo competitivo, estremamente competitivo, lo rende una validissima scelta per soggiorni in Valle Aurina.

It's a rather basic hotel and I'm surprised it has a 4* rating. I feel it's rating is based on "facilities" ie it has a pool (which I didn't use) and not on service. It is clean and tidy and surrounded by beautiful scenery and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food however was average at best and inedible at worst. Friends that had meat options said they were ok however one who had a fish dinner basically had bones and very little fish. As a veggie I'm used to not having many options however 1 night the veggie main course was low quality cheese, a bread stick and some jam. Another night we were served bland brown water with lumps of potato and onion (supposedly soup) followed by a greasy deep fried aubergine with cold veg both I couldn't eat. Breakfast was ok but things ran out quickly and items were not quickly replenished. I feel they were very understaffed. Our patience was tested one night when Rolling In The Deep was played on repeat for nearly 2 hours in the restaurant and bar and the music was only changed after speaking to 2 separate members of staff.
