Hotel extremamente desconfortável: apartamento minúsculo para dois hóspedes, não tem elevador para acesso aos andares superiores, sem funcionários para ajudar idosos com as malas (foi preciso subir quatro lances de escadas para chegar no segundo andar), quarto com iluminação precária (escuro demais), aspecto de piso encardido, colchão e travesseiro com péssimo odor, vidro da janela e botão da válvula hidra com muitas marcas de dedos, ausência de ducha higiênica no banheiro, lâmpada sobre o seu espelho queimada e aparelho de TV com apenas cinco canais no quarto, já na recepção tem TV com receptor IP free. No jantar o prato veio sem acompanhamento de duas guarnições do menu (pães e farofa que constavam no cardápio), após reclamação chegou o pãozinho em fatias e a resposta que o fornecedor da farofa não fez a entrega “hoje”, segundo o ‘chef de cozinha’ - certamente ‘chef’ o apelido dado ao chapeiro. Enfim, “pernoite de terror” num local sem gerência e administração. Talvez seja útil para quem usa hotel e não tem noção de bem-estar mesmo pagando caro. ENFIM, FALTA GERÊNCIA E COLOCAR-SE NO LUGAR DO OUTRO.

The hotel is well located, clean and cosy rooms, the bathroom is huge, the staff working in the hotel is well-reception and the rooms are quick and efficient (clean our room during our breakfast). It has a good pool, but we don't use it because it was cold at the dates of the hosting, the breakfast is simple, it's nothing different, but it's good. The only inconvenience was that when we arrived the reception gave us the key to a room that was dirty when we entered and when we complained she exchanged, but this tb was dirty ...Only the 3 option was clean.
