The rooms were big and great. You had a lounge area and then the bedroom. Great big comfortable bed with a balcony. The breakfast wasn't great. Some staff speak English. It's a good location, not far from Centro. Next to a nice little park where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. A supermarket is next door to the hotel on the corner. I'd stay there again.

Breakfast is mainly western food, but it is very commendable that when I feel a little bit of appetite when I turn around, a male waiter actually sent a bowl of hot instant noodles and put another egg. I thought about it the night before. If you can eat more happiness in the past few days, I really hope, accident, and praise the waiter. On the date of our accommodation, the environment was calm, there was no noise or excessive movement. The cleanliness of the entire environment was good, I wouldn't say excellent as I found dust in some places, but acceptable. The check-in service needs to improve, as we arrived at 2:00 pm (check-in time) and there was only one employee providing this service, so we stood in a queue until we were served. Regarding breakfast, I expected a little more, as there were no cakes, nor drink options for those who don't drink milk and coffee like me, there was only grape juice and yogurt. I thought it was strange that it had sausage as a side dish. I missed more fruit options too. The cool thing is that there was a toaster and sandwich maker available. Regarding the room, the structure was good, but I believe that at the time of booking I didn't pay attention and ended up staying in a room for PWD, but we accommodated very well, the bed was good, but I missed more pillows, I should have asked for them. The air conditioning was working properly. We couldn't open the windows, they were hard. The “minibar” refrigerator barely kept our water and soda cold. The TV was flat, but small, but it had a wide variety of channels, but the image was a little altered, I believe it was due to some setting that was off, but it was still manageable to watch. Regarding parking, we paid R$ 22.00 per day, but the system was outsourced, not part of the hotel's employees, the bad part is that to get the car you had to ask and wait. But the stay was very good, we really enjoyed it and if we need to stay in Campinas again, we would definitely stay at the Go inn.

The hotel is a good option for location and in terms of amenities offered. Staff is attentive but non-intrusive. My requests at check-in and check-out were attended (nothing major asked but still a good point taken). Breakfast is small but has a good variety overall; products were fresh and they even had kosher, lac-free options. cleanliness was on point. Wi-fi had a free option which was sometimes interrupted but enough for regular usage. bathroom was a good size, shower pressure was good and temperature set accordingly. I got a room on the far left of the hotel and thus had another building right at me, it didn't bother me but is is something to take in account. neighbourhood seems pleasant enough if not a bit empty throughout the day and night.

Hotel com boa localização em Campinas. O quarto estava bem limpo e o café da manhã era muito bom. Também tem restaurante com boas refeições e com precos bem justos. Funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. E tem garagem própria se vc contratar!
