Not far from campanha station, walkable but there's uphill-downhill a bit difficult for those who has big luggage.
They provide free breakfast, with this price very impressed me.

We made a mistake with the reservations, so we arrived there in the evening (the silk before) and in the dark it seemed, from the outside, a dump in the Bronx of Porto. When we went the next day (the right one) in the afternoon, we realized that it was a poor but quiet neighborhood. The accommodation was excellent: everything very clean, carefully renovated, a spectacular breakfast room (included in the price) with use of the kitchen. The attention to the customer was maximum and the quality/price ratio excellent. Quite close by foot to the Campanha station, so a very favorable position for travel.
