Our fourth trip as a guest of the wonderful Lucia took advantage of the bus stop right outside the front door for a 12-minute ride to the heart of Venice. The complimentary breakfast at the shop around the corner "Campo Alto," was a perfect way to begin the day. The 12-minute drive to Venice airport is an added bonus. A terrific base of operations for exploring Venice.

Struttura nuova, moderna e pulitissima, con una bella terrazza panoramica dotata di tavolini e sedie, e due stupendi giardini zen. Lucia, è la gentilissima padrona di casa, presente al mattino e sempre pronta a dare consigli con il suo stupendo sorriso. Si entra con un codice precedentemente comunicato, in perfetta autonomia e a qualsiasi orario, ma comunque l'host è sempre reperibile al telefono. Camere spaziose con bagno privato in marmo rosso, macchina del caffè con capsule, bollitore con tisane, posti auto all'interno della proprietà, fermata dell'autobus fuori della porta, vicinissimo all'aeroporto e a Venezia, il tutto in un quartiere silenzioso e tranquillo. Materassi e cuscini stupendi, silenzio durante la notte, e in aggiunta colazione offerta dalla struttura a tutti gli ospiti in una pasticceria a pochi metri. In assoluto il nostro posto quando torniamo a Venezia!

We stayed here (now called Venice Airport Villa Erica) for one night before a flight the following day. The accommodation is very clean; the bed was comfortable; there is a small sitting area with tables; there is an outside balcony with tables; parking is included; the host (Lucia) is very helpful and answered any questions promptly; the price for our stay was excellent. Villa Erica is just over 5 minutes drive from Venice airport and there is a petrol station en route to fill a hire car. The number 19 bus stops 25 metres from the Villa and takes only 15 minutes to Piazzale Roma where you can get a water bus to travel through Venice to St. Mark's Square. Couldn't be better.

I loved being able to "self-check in". This was very convenient since our flight times and delays had us arrive late and leaving very early in the morning before staff was there. Convenienly right on the bus line for a quick 15 minute ride to downtown Venice!

Piccolo hotel molto confortevole, pulitissimo bagno nuovissimo come del resto tutta la struttura. Parcheggio con sbarra gratuito. La signora è molto gentile e accogliente. Davvero una sorpresa piacevole. Ci torneremo . Molto molto consigliato.
