My friend and I stayed at the Elms during Camden's Christmas by the Sea weekend. We were new to Camden and new to the B&B experience but are ready to make the Elms and Camden a Christmas tradition. I can think of nothing to say that isn't a superlative. The hosts, Gary and James, were welcoming and gracious. They were also knowledgeable about the area and the events of that particular weekend. The room was comfortable and charming, the breakfasts were phenomenal, and, if you like to shop, the town was perfect for it.

Great location to explore Maine
This is a fabulous and delightful B&B in easy walking distance of Camden- a great center to explore Maine's south coast. The couple who run it are friendly, helpful and really care about their guests well-being. They are also great cooks! Breakfast is a veritable culinary experience- especially if you have the savory grits!!!

Fantastic stay
Very clean and cozy, bed was comfortable and decor was delightful. Breakfast was outstanding! By far the best food we had during our stay at various establishments.
Our hosts were very knowledgeable about the history of Camden, as well as current events, places to visit, and fine dining.
Highly recommend a stay here.

Charming inn
Very lovely inn in excellent condition. Hospitable innkeepers did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one. Tasty homemade breakfast and snacks always available.

Good experience, Colonial house short walk
Overall pleasing experience. Gary & James were accommodating hosts and breakfast was very good in an outdoor setting. Easy walk to Camden center.
