Het was een vreselijke ervaring, wij waren heel blij dat we er maar 1 nacht moesten verblijven. (Dit was al te lang) 1) De matras was super hard 2) lakens op bed waren vuil, en zaten gaten in 3) nog niet gesproken over hoe vuil de kamer was, overal spinnenwebben, (+spinnen). 4) Koffielepels waren reeds gebruikt 5) Kamer rook extreem muf 6) In de nacht was het buiten onder 0, resultaat in de kamer was het ijskoud, de elektrische verwarming rook verbrand, uit de airco zou warme lucht moeten komen maar dit was niet het geval 7) Er werd wifi beloofd, geen wifi aanwezig (Verblijf bungalow) : Score 0/10 + punt: Ligging idyllisch maar alle negatieve punten kunnen hier niet tegenop.

We wanted a one night stop and stayed in the cheaper park rooms. These were basically static caravans and felt a bit unsafe. The location of the chateau is very odd and is surrounded by what seems like social housing. The food at the restaurant was good but a little pricey all things considered. I wanted to avoid the IBIS in France as we had bad experiences with clenliness but it seems this wasnt much better. It might just be a france thing but I would stay at one of the B&Bs instead going forward if I want a cheap room for the night.

Hotel: Ein gut erhaltenes Schloss mit Parkanlage. Die Zimmer - im Nebengebäude gelegen - wurden vor längerer Zeit mit nicht hochwertigen Materialien renoviert. Sie sind sehr hellhörig. Keine Klimaanlage verfügbar. Achtung Veranstaltungen: am gleichen Abend unseres Aufenthaltes wurde eine Hochzeit gefeiert. An Schlafen war bis 4 Uhr morgens nicht zu denken. Restaurant: Gute französische Küche, gute Weine, sehr bemühter aber zu gering besetzter Service. Wir haben nach dem zweiten Gang über eine Stunde auf das Dessert gewartet. Resümee: nicht zu empfehlen. Wer mit dem Chateau wirbt muss dementsprechend abliefern, der Preis ist definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt.

Great find. Got a last minute deal on the website. I stayed in the Chateau, room had a study area, great room comfortable bed & bathroom with bath. I had dinner downstairs & it was great (do ask for the menu of the day if not given as it's great). Definitely a great stop off on the way to Calais, unfortunately this time I did not explore as I was under time pressure, maybe next time.

Single storey room, insects stuck to walls and ceiling, desk lamp and exterior light do not work, bathroom moldy tile joints, moldy and rusty shower screen, rotten window. The only positive point is the bedding.

Das Chateau ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten gut und der Preis stimmte auch. Es ist leicht anzufahren, und es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Dem Hotel angeschlossen ist ein gutes Restaurant.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Pick a room that is suitable for your price range. Stayed here whilst traveling to work, staff very friendly, room was nice and tidy. Buffet breakfast was amazing!! So much variety and delicious croissants. Would recommend anyone to stay wish we had more time here with better weather to better explore
