Had a lovely stay and spa weekend. Spa facilities were brilliant. Absolutely lovely breakfast. the staff were so very helpful, particularly Bozene who was most attentive as I required gluten free breakfast. *************************

Did a spa weekend with a friend. Hotel was beautiful, food was good, service was great, the spa itself was quite disappointing however, my massage by Ti was amazing. The right pressure and she even found and released knots in my scalp that I never knew you could get. Felt amazing after. She was really knowledgeable about the Elemis products and she made the whole experience worth it. Thank you Ti x

I had a masseuse named Min who did an amazing job and I would highly recommend for massages! The facilities were excellent and the staff in both the reception and the spa were very attentive and efficient to our needs to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

A group of friends and I visited today and had a lovely time. We booked the spa day with afternoon tea and we weren’t disappointed. My treatments (massage and facial) with Lexi was very nice and relaxing and the time went so quickly! The spa was good and there were plenty of places to relax after using the pool, sauna and steam room. Afternoon tea was excellent - particularly the freshly baked scones - and Bozana and her team were very attentive and polite. Superb customer service. Thank you for a lovely day.

The spa facilities are nice, the treatment area is really lovely and relaxing and the staff are so friendly. Had the best massage and facial from a lady named Min, she was a very experienced and professional masseuse and one of the best massages I've had. The showers were ok and could do with a revamp...leaky shower heads, shampoo pump bit broken etc. Afternoon tea was poor, the cakes were soggy and bland, looked like they were defrosted and definitely not fresh. Scones were really nice though, clotted cream and jam was delicious plus good friendly service. Shame about the terrible cakes.
