The room has a sense of history, the facilities are relatively old, and the hygiene is okay. The overall feeling is a bit like an old western movie. The location is very good, the outlet is the first choice for shopping, and eating is convenient. There are Japanese food, steak spots, and bakeries nearby.

Hotel staff was rude and couldn't explain why I was seeing two charges for the room on my card. Bathroom door wouldn't close and sometime during the night the light in the bathroom went out completely. the room had shoddy repair work, light switches didn't work, light fixtures were missing, and the sink was cracking and damaged.

Have stayed at this hotel many times for the past two decades. It has continued to decline over the years and is now just dismal. They still advertise free breakfast but it has not been offered since 2020. Stains on the carpet, non working lights, large trucks parked where signs say they shouldn’t, are just a few of the problems. Very disappointed!

Made reservations a month in advance. With a couple of easy requests. Requests were not met. There was what looked like a mouse dropping on the top of the bed cover. Hair in the bathtub/shower. AC was more like a swamp cooler. There are quite a few men living there and sitting out in the parking lot at night. Felt uncomfortable.

We checked in and the hotel did not look like what it looked like online, but we checked in anyways, and we figured we’d give the room a shot. We walked into the room. The carpets had dirt on the floor. The carpets were stained. There was tears in the carpet molding was tore up bathroom look like it’s been used and not cleaned. Scratch marks on the toilet People look like they were living there with rats outside their rooms we checked out immediately
