Very good location and facilities are outstanding however quite noisy in the evenings with being near the BCM Club

We came here earlier on this month, after hearing mixed reviews, We thought we'd try it for ourselves. It's a brilliant place for families to enjoy. The upside-down house was extremely good fun. It's very strange and we will definitely come back.

Everything the kids needed , was a great family place to stay .

Extremely family-friendly hotel. Impressive and consistent layout of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the facilities at the hotel are very good. The location of the hotel is also very good. A 25 minutes drive from the airport. From the hotel, there's not far to Palmanova and Palma. Also a short drive to marine land. Only thing pulling the experience down slightly is the quality of the food at the hotel. Some days it was good, and other days not so much. It is obvious that a lot of the food is precooked.

It’s a great place for kids, the whole experience is centered around children and family fun. The staff are very nice and the setup very safe. I am giving a bit low rating because the food wasn’t great despite the variety, but that taste could do with an improvement.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and what a time myself and family had from the upside down house, soft play, kids pool, night entertainment, cinema and beach which was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday and one of the staff arrived to the room with a cake, gift and balloons along with wishing my daughter a happy birthday which was really sweet (thank you Sandra for organising). The staff are friendly and were helpful when needing to find a ATM machine. The room was an ok size, always clean and the pillows were comfy making it a good nights sleep. The all inclusive food also included different cuisines Mexican, Asian, Japanese so there was something for everyone although, if a fussy eater you would have difficulty pleasing. The night time entertainment ranged from magic shows, acrobatic, bingo, quiz and disco nights as well as meet and greets with the yeti keeping the kids happy and occupied, my little two loved it. Overall, it was a fab holiday and we would definitely return.

We have just had a week at Katmandu as a family of 4 and we have had a fantastic time. All the staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We chose to upgrade to be able to do the mini golf and laser challenge and found it well worth the extra 12 euro Having unlimited access to the park and waterpark was great and also the hotel pool was well equipped and plenty of staff about. The food was what you would expect from A family hotel. There is plenty of choice and the themed nights gave it some variation. The access to drink and food throughout the day was easy to access and the staff were certainly not shy with the measures. The only small gripe we had was that the Evening entertainment doesn’t start until 830 with the mini disco and then the main event at 9pm. With this being a family hotel with lots of young children I would have thought that they would have had this an hour or so earlier. All in all though we have had a fantastic time and we will definitely be back in the future.

Loved it. Staff are so friendly and English speaking so didn't have to use my entry level Spanish to confuse things. Rooms are spotless and housekeeping staff were great. Drinks on offer were good, Cruz Campo for the beer drinkers. The only thing I'd like to see is some order at the all inclusive meal times. It's borderline chaos and plates are kept behind the queues. I don't know the answer, maybe this is the best option but just a something to think about. Plenty to do here, plenty of loungers. Just brilliant and would love to revisit.
