Hotel Indigo Long Island - East End

I had the opportunity to stay midweek for a night on my way up to Connecticut. The hotel is clean and basic but a bit pricey from midweek my rate was 300. Room was a bit small with tiny vanity.I also noticed toilet is practically on the floor but bed was comfy. My room faced the pool which was noisy hearing screaming kids enjoying pool until sundown. Overall vibe is nice. Nice lounge restaurant . There are other options in area it just depends on what you’re looking for. This hotel close to water park and outlets.

Stay at the hotel many times before for business. Extremely close to everything. Walmart and department stores. Room is large compared to many New York City hotels. Hotel staff always tries to give me a late check-out which I highly appreciate. Parking is free at your own convenience. The hotel has a nice garden for kids to play around and pool. Breakfast is complimentary in the mornings. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel is one of convenience more than anything, just close enough to do the things on Eastern Long Island and using it as a base. Nothing great to call home about. Basic rooms that could probably use an upgrade very soon. Staff was very nice and helpful though.

This hotel is awesome. Staff is very friendly and polite. Property layout is serene and well managed. Best of all was restaurant on site, Bistro 72, extremely 5 star food and chef. Definitely Recommend!

A solid choice for the outer reaches of Long Island, this is a motel/hotel hybrid with touches of both. Smartly renovated with a creative restaurant and a tasty, but limited breakfast buffet, the Indigo is well situated for visits to the North Fork and the Hamptons.. Greenport is a 30 minute drive; Montauk lighthouse is 45 minutes depending on traffic. If you are looking for east end “atmosphere” and ocean or sound views, this is not the place to stay as there is little scenic about the Indigo or the surroundings although the cherry blossom trees around the pool were in full bloom during our stay. It is sandwiched between a major road and a large shopping outlet. The rooms were quiet and roomy enough for a motel style accommodation. The bathroom was small, but perfect. The staff were are excellent at the front desk and restaurant and bar; welcoming, efficient, and helpful. This is an expensive part of Long Island, but I thought the value for what we paid and got (off season, granted) was also very good.

Hotel Indigo Long Island - East End is a decent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel amenities, such as the pool and restaurant, are nice. However, the location is a bit out of the way, and the hotel can be noisy at times. Overall, a decent option for a short stay in the Riverhead area.

Amazing Hotel with top notch management ! Lindsay is truly amazing when it comes to Hotel hospitality ! Another great stay for us, the property is an oasis for us, everything is top notch; the front desk, guest rooms, bar , and restaurant . Can’t wait to come back again.

We have been staying at the Indigo in Riverhead on and off since circa 1985 - The value exceeds the price. Always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean. The restaurant is great too. Even went out of their way to give us items from the kitchen when they were closing for the night.

I booked the hotel for my daughters wedding. We held a block of rooms, used their hospitality suite, held and an after party and had a huge block rooms. Samantha along with the front dest, and banquet staff were flexible, kind and went above and beyond for us! Coming from a prior hotel sales person, I am very selective in where I choose to stay and work with. I could not have been happier !This is the only property to use in this area with service that can handle a wedding.I had rooms booked with The Aqua Hotel canceled over a month before the wedding and did not get my full credit for rooms not used . That is very sad business . Wedding at Aquebogue was superb and in close proximity, guests were happy, everything went smooth . Thank you Samantha!
