"We were here for stars on the Costa. The hotel is a fantastic spot close to everything. Beautiful hotel very clean and staff were very friendly especially Carlos … Food in the main bar was very ordinary for a top class hotel not great and even the way the food was presented was very bad … I work in a 4/5 hotel in Ireland and just thought there wasn’t enough and it could have been presented is a better way also the service in the restaurant upstairs was awful I had a lady spraying the table to clean it it went on my food and my body and well in general the service was very bad … it doesn’t take much to do the job right …. We were paying enough but over all we had a great holiday … need to improve your standard of a professional service and not put your eyes to heaven when a customer. Asks for something"

There is a large terrace facing the sea and the mountain, which is very comfortable. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach, which is super close. When I checked out, the front desk gave me a large bottle of mineral water. I will stay here again next time."

"Stayed in one of their apartments called ‘Beach’ for a single night. Perfectly adequate for the price paid but considering a bed is the primary purpose the middle bedroom really needs a new mattress where it has sunken in the middle. As for noise, insulation perhaps could be better but hey, narrow streets in a holiday town, it is to be expected (no stars lost)."

"Large hotel ,spacious rooms ,you can ask for kettle ,they will bring one up for you .Food in dining room at evening buffet very good ……but I did have problems five out of the seven mornings I stayed there .As a celiac I had to order each evening bread for breakfast ,this became a problem for me as ,breakfast does not start until 8 am ,and as we were on a walking holiday ,I needed to be on the coach at 9 o’clock .Whilst every member of my group tucked into breakfast ,I always was kept waiting whilst my bread rolls were baked ,sometimes up to 20 mins .Whilst I did appreciate the lovely baked rolls ,why could they not be ready at 8 am for me ,as I had ordered the night before .This was quite stressful for me and on one occasion I did burst into tears with frustration !There needs to be a better system in place ,perhaps a quiet corner ,with a toaster and sliced gluten free bread as I have encountered in other hotels in Europe .Apart from this problem ,I had a great stay"
