If you hapoen to arrive to a remote island as Pico here is #1 essential for you: Ana, the actual manager of this property, a stranger-sister whom you did not know you have, who just gets you. Apart from a very nice high end property, Ana took care of me, and my expectations from this vacation. She know everything in the Island by heart. She is generous, kind and smiley! I stayed extra 6 nights because of her welcoming approach!

As acomodações são fantásticas. Apartamento muito acolhedor. Staff simpático. Pequeno almoço fraco e no último dia era o que restou do dia anterior.... infelizmente.

Hotel A FUIR D'URGENCE !!!!!
A votre arrivée on vous montre une chambre moitié en sous sol, moitié vue sur un terrain vague avec des pelleteuse en action.
ils vous proposent de payer 100 euros cash de plus pour avoir une chambre plus calme qui n'est pas a la cave...
Deplorable, et en plus un personnel desagreable et escroc!!!!

Amazing Stay
Beautiful location, very tastefully arranged apartments combined with great hospitality. The receptionists Ana and Claudia are simply fantastic. They recommended restaurants and places to eat to us. A real 10 star service!
