The accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do.
Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds.
could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive.
It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them..
Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room.
I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again..

I know people have put about road outside but the hotel can not be held responsible for this as it down to council..

Nice hotel, good location. Shops 5 minutes away, beach 15 min. Friendly and very helpful staff. Food tasty, we did enjoy every meal. Beach towels are provided. Rooms have a comfortable beds, hair dryer, kettle and fridge We will definitely come back.

We have just left after a 5 day stay. After reading the previous reviews I was very apprehensive however these apartments are a little gem. Yes they are basic however they do offer a very comfortable bed, a great shower, lovely pool area and all the staff are very pleasant. The food was okay ( I’m a very fussy eater) but could always find enough to enjoy. If you are looking for 5* accommodation then these apartments are not for you but we really enjoyed the complex and will be returning next year.

Just back from a great week at this hotel. Firstly I sent a request for a poolside apartment and we were allocated this on arrival, room 130, basic but roomy enough, small fridge in living room and a couple of small mugs so take your own mug if required. We were all inclusive and the breakfasts were really good and there was always something to eat for lunch and tea. The token rule for the drinks really worked well and also the leaving towels on the beds rule worked too. Would definitely return if the price was right. Any questions just ask

I’ve just got back from hotel smy tahona me and my husband had a lovely stay. The rooms was basic but clean. We had maid service everyday. The bed was lovely and comfortable. All in all the holiday was good value for money as we had everything we needed. All the staff was lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a good value friendly hotel. Thankyou smy tahona for a lovely stay

Good place for good value, staff members very helpful, good food in the restaurant. Beds were really comfy, clean rooms, we had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a leaving room with a fridge. Quiet place no parties around hotel so it was nice and quiet in the evening/nights. Small entertainments on the evenings like karaoke or bingo.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel.Filthy paint work. Filthy doors. Filthy bathroom fittings. Broken lights, broken window shutters. Living room seating filthy and paint chipped off. Dated bedroom furniture. Wardrobe doors insecure. See images attached Bland food. Look warm soup. Restaurant tumblers severely scored and chipped. Slow to refill any food trays that are finished. Maid service only twice during stay and towels only changes once. After receiving an email from the hotel after our first night I pointed out the room issues and nothing improved. It's a shame as the staff are good and the hotel pool and pool bar area are nice but the rooms and food are terrible.
