Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

We have finished our 13 night stay at the Ereza Mar and we are actually looking to book to go back the same week time next year. The hotel was spotless, the showers were the best and beds were so comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday and our cleaner chocolates were a nice touch too The bar staff were so attentive called us by our names and by the end of the first few days I didn’t need to tell them what drink I wanted they knew. 🤣 All the staff worked so hard and nothing was to much for them. The restaurant was very clean with a wide selection of food, but like most all inclusive restaurants got a bit repetitive however, there are several inexpensive restaurants in walking distance if you fancy a change. We go on holiday to rest relax and enjoy and that is what you do at the Ezra mar lovely extras like dressing gown and slippers nothing to much to ask for at reception or in the restaurant Pool areas spotless and the views amazing We don’t look for the anything to complain about but sure these other reviews will find something all I’ve stated in my review is true

Suite grande e pulita . A cena tutto cucinato molto bene però poca scelta.. Anche a colazione poca scelta ma abbastanza bene. Colazione più adatta a stranieri che agli italiani. Lo consiglierei comunque perché in generale ci siamo trovate bene.

PROS Location (That’s that section done) CONS Rooms relatively small. Not enough hanging space. The Mrs couldn’t hang her dresses as space too short. We kept some clothes in our suitcases (We were half board) Food cold and repetitive. Same dross for 11 days. Tea & Coffee from machine in morning only. No hot drinks at dinner! 2 machines for hotel. Queues for this normal. Umpteen times run out of cups or glasses for the watered down juices. Ask staff, just get a shrug of the shoulders. Bar and drinks area like a prison courtyard with no atmosphere. As we were HB, 2 euros for a small glass of warm lager. Bars around the corner 2euro 50 for cold pint. 1 English channel on TV (sky news) Sun beds all taken by the towel laying bunch despite in hotel brochure saying not to do this, nothing is done. Shower cubicle leaks. Bathroom is like a paddle pool after showering. Then the hairdryer and shaving point is there. Didn’t fancy using the electrics whilst standing in a puddle of water. Air-con not great (but not too warm anyway in October so managed without it) Room walls thin, can hear everything around you. 1 bottle of water on arrival then buy your own. 3 euros a day for safety box No smoking allowed in rooms which is a good thing, however it doesn’t stop some guests! I know that’s not really the hotels fault but again nothing seems to get done about it. IMO this is never 4 star. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and had better 3 star. This is the only time I have booked into a hotel and actively looked for the holiday rep to see about a move. However my wife persuaded me to put up with it, needless to say I would never book here again.

We stayed here all inclusive for one week. We arrived at this hotel at about 10.00pm. There was no queue so it was a quick check in. As we had missed dinner. They had put aside for us a packed lunch( sandwich, yogurt and fruit. ) Which was nice We had a standard double room with a street view. The shower in the ensuite was brilliant. A waterfall shower head with plenty of pressure. The room had plenty of storage, a fridge and a safe at an extra cost, and it was very clean. The all inclusive service for drinks was quite good with minimal queues, and the food was good. The all inclusive snack bar was non existent. If you wanted food in between meals you had to ask at the bar. Where you could get hot dogs, toasties, cakes etc. The evening entertainment wasn't up to much. A couple of nights there was no entertainment. The other nights there was a singer on, but nearby there is a complex with plenty of bars and shops. There are two pools and plenty of sunbeds. We didn't get up early to get a sunbed but we managed to get one everyday. The hotel is on the beach but where it is situated it's rocky, but there is a nice walk to the marina where the beach is lovely. If you walk the other way there are more rocks and the chipmunks live there. We enjoyed our holiday here and we would return.

Was worried by previous reviews but shouldn’t have been. Food was delicious, so much choice of fresh hot food and salad/fruit etc. The staff work tirelessly and the whole place is spotless. Perfect for the coast and a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. Not a lot of entertainment in the evening but that was perfect for us. Plenty to do within 5 minutes if that’s your thing. Cute chipmunks on the beach outside get some sunflower seeds for feeding them. Ask for a sea view with glass balcony for the best views.
