After reading some of the reviews on here, I must admit that I was a little skeptical about what our holiday would look like. We travelled as a couple with a 6 month baby, so already anxieties were high! As always, there are good and bad, but the “bad” parts are minimal. The resort is split into 3 parts, however, they are all within walking distance of each other. We stayed in B which was onsite of the main reception, this did make it easier, however, we wouldn’t have minded if we were elsewhere either. The resort is on slight hill, with A and C being uphill, but nothing crazy. I believe the main pool / entertainment bar was in section A - we spent most of our time here. There are supermarkets - local and “English”, with some restaurants and bars close to sections A/C. The resort is also approx 15 min walk from the bars/restaurants/beach (uphill on the way back). + Our bungalow was clean and modern. We had a travel cot provided free of charge and made up in the bedroom. We were worried what the cot would look like, but it was clean and safe. I would recommend taking your own cot sheets. Safes are available for a €10 deposit, of which you get back at the end of your stay. There is good AC in the room and a small fridge. The TV was a good size, we only put on Disney channel which was great. - No hairdryer, plug sockets were in strange places, shower always flooded, kettle and mugs provided - but no tea/coffee/milk etc. Kettle wasn’t the cleanest, even after we descaled it - luckily we bought a travel kettle. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, 2 singles pushed together and one of them squeaked with every move. The sofa bed was made up, but we didn’t use this so can’t comment on comfort. We felt very safe despite the reviews regarding break ins. No cockroaches to be seen. We did have a cricket friend out the front for a few days, but that was it. All of the staff were lovely and most greeted you as they pass. We couldn’t get WIFI anywhere apart from the main reception and our bungalow which was next to the reception. The smaller 2 pools were always busy, so we went to the main pool where there were plenty of sun beds to choose from. Pool was cold, so would recommend a fleece swimsuit for babies. As other people have mentioned, the main pool bar did have an unpleasant stench, but can be avoided by sitting away from the bar. Daytime entertainment was almost non existent, a few darts and water polo games here and there. Evening entertainment wasn’t the best and didn’t last long, kids disco was on late. But, they played good music till late, so we often sat having a drink and playing some cards together. Food - breakfast was lovely! We always looked forward to it. We didn’t have lunch, but got a ham and cheese toastie from the pool bar a few times. Unfortunately, dinner wasn’t the best. Food was OK, lots of fresh dishes being bought out, however didn’t taste the best - very bland, but edible! All in all, a lovely and enjoyable holiday!
