O hotel em si é bom, porém o elevador é muito demorado e podem melhorar mais a limpeza, no espelho do banheiro tinha os respingos de creme dental, tava feio.

A comida é de ótima qualidade, poderia ter mais opções no almoço porém realmente bem saborosa, a limpeza também é excelente, o salão de jogos é bom, e as piscinas são bem aquecidas isso é muito bom, a recreação da tia Vivi é muito boa, ela é bem legal e oferece propostas diversas e educativas envolvendo todas as crianças e adultos que querem participar realmente incrível.
