This had to be the most disappointing stay I have ever had the bad luck to encounter. I travel a lot spent 8 days there.
Room/bathroom dirty.
See through blinds on windows.
Sheets towels stained old. The cleaning got better not acceptable but better. The chap did best he could with what he was working with.
Room supposedly had a safe to store my belongings. I had three different ones as they did not lock 3rd one did.
Air con broke down.
My main criticism is there was no internet connection in my room. Had to sit in balcony and get eaten alive with mosquito's or go downstairs to reception. I complained every day
NOTHING DONE. No managers available I did not even get an apology.
If you are considering staying there my advice is DONT.
This place has a 4+☆ rating I have no idea how.

We had the pleasure of staying at casa de goa boutique resort from january 16th to january 20th, 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort offered a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with beautifully designed rooms, a serene ambiance, and top-notch amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were always courteous and attentive to every need. The dining experience was also commendable, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes. A special mention goes to bhagwan, the cab driver from the resort. His deep knowledge of goa’s tourist destinations made our trip truly enriching. He took us to some of the most beautiful and less crowded spots, providing insightful information and ensuring we had a memorable time. His friendly and professional demeanor made the tours even more enjoyable. Overall, casa de goa boutique resort is a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in goa. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit!

Pathetic WIFI signal. If you are coming on a business trip, dont plan to stay here...The hotel management doesn’t even bother about maintenance of the property. Bathtubs are old, Wooden curtains are broken, Shower tap doesn’t work. There are hardly 2-3 wifi routers which will have pathetic network connectivity. The staff says they are know to all these issues however, the general manager ignores it.....anyways, it was horrible experience
