Ibis Budget Calama ★★
"The bed was comfy for the night and enough space to sort out our luggage. Only stayed for 1 night"
Hotel Agua del Desierto ★★★
"Very good hotel...good infrastructure, ultra-cordial service, good cuisine restaurant, privileged location. On my next trip, accommodation is mandatory. Receptionist Juan, as well as the manager, were extremely helpful. Recognizing"
Geotel Calama ★★★
"This hotel is great! It is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in in the past six months. 1. Good location. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center. 2. Quiet. No noise. 3. Good environment. The structure of the hotel is like in a villa community, and the environment is beautiful. 4. Clean. When I entered the room, the towels, quilts and sheets of the hotel were as white as snow, extremely clean and pleasing to the eye. 5. Good service. The front desk and restaurant staff of the hotel are enthusiastic. 6. Humanized. My flight is at 3:30 pm. I called the front desk to apply for check-out at 2 pm. The front desk agreed and told me that I could check out before 4 pm. Wow, so humanized and convenient, so happy. Thank you Ctrip and the hotel for making me very satisfied."
Park Hotel Calama ★★★
"Great hotel just 5 mins away from airport. Comfortable stay, have a nice restaurant that serves full fledged food, with a nice welcome drink from the bar!"
Ibis Calama ★★★
"To begin with, I was very embarrassed at the reception (the staff were completely unprepared) because they wanted to charge me an amount that didn't exist. I had already paid part of it with points, and even when I showed them my account statement, they acted like they didn't understand and wanted me to pay an exorbitant amount. I said I wouldn't pay, and they called a manager, and then a general manager, I believe. Even after showing the paid invoice (only 7,647.02 Chilean pesos remaining), they wanted to charge me $42 to settle the matter at the hotel. In the end, they deducted another 2,000 points from my ALL account (40 euros) and said everything was settled. I only noticed the discount later, after an hour trying to resolve the issue. When I entered the room, the air conditioning didn't work, nor did the TV. The worst experience possible. I'll wait until I return to Brazil and make a complaint directly to the ALL network. If they don't refund my points, I'll file a lawsuit. RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL."
Hotel Modular Express Calama ★★
"I liked everything very much"
Hotel Diego de Almagro Alto El Loa Calama ★★★
"The hotel is a faener hotel. It is from Monday to Thursday. I was a Saturday. I arrived at 21:15 and the restaurant had closed. Null option to eat something. Null empathy to make an order from outside. Reception people. - Bad. - zero empathy before reaching and having not eaten anything. - and then in the room no even water, a fridge bar without anything. - I came 3-4 times but worse and worse. - the tapes are observed without maintenance (cleanness). - in the morning at breakfast the egg was finished and it took about 15 minutes to replace. - I really don't come back. - other household topics: the shower is swept (without rubber); few sticks; the desk had no paper, a pencil, nothing. - in summary, no REVENUE MAS."
Hotel Diego de Almagro Calama ★★★
"The receptionist was cold and expressionless and reminded me of an immigration official. We had to labor through her lack of English to get information we needed. She omitted to inform us about the swimming pool nor provided us with a WIFI password. She barely looked up as we checked out. No tea of coffee making was provided in the room. The dark breakfast area resembled a room from Dracula's castle. To add to it, the breakfast staff were dressed in black! We had some problems with the room heating but this was promptly fixed. Not a single soul in this establishment could speak a word of English."
Hotel Diego de Almagro Calama Express ★★★
"With it being 22 degrees Celsius outside, they have the air conditioning centralized and I was roasting in my room. The rooms are so close together that you can hear everything the person in the next room does. The door locks are hard to close, hence the constant slamming. Breakfast: BAD"
