Bien mais manque de communication
logement plutôt convenable même si en face d'un karaoké et sans accès direct à la piscine.
mais aucune communication sur les différents sites auxquels nous avions accès, ni sur les activités etc..

Ålreit
Gikk tre dager i strekk hvor vi ikke fikk vaska rommet, det var ikke særlig ålreit. Ellers greit hotell, rolig for barnefamilier men det er lytt mellom rommene. Maur på terrassen men hva skal man forvente midt i en hage.

We visited this hotel in September and could find no faults at all. The rooms are lovely, the pool area isn’t overcrowded and is actually quite serene, there’s a very relaxing meditation garden at the front and the staff were a delight - a special mention to Hortensia (pictured) who treated our little girl as if her own ❤️. Very reasonably priced too, and a short walk to both Cala Ferrera and central Cala D’Or.

The hotel is very good, the staff are very helpful, the pool is clean, not much noice at night, the hotel has lots of restaurants and bars very near, you never have to walk far, walk out of restaurants and you have a bar next door, the beaches are also close if you have children that want to build castles.

Esmeralda garden was a lovely place to stay , centrally located and close to 3 beaches Cala Ferrera, Esmeralda and Cala gran , I have mobility issues but managed ok at a very slow pace , we hired a car the hotel helped and all went very well lovely to see all around the island beautiful view points. The reception staff couldn’t have been nicer, very helpful and always pleasant, the cleaning staff Wer lovely too rooms well looked after . It’s also close to shops restaurants and bars . We found it a lovely relaxing place to stay .

Just had a lovely week at this hotel. We had a self catering apartment which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool area was spotless and plenty of sun loungers. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The karaoke bar opposite is VERY loud and goes on till about 11.30pm but I can't see that this is the hotels fault but it is worth noting. We also visited the sister hotel Esmerelda Park and were very glad we booked Esmerelda Gardens as its much smaller and quieter. Just a short walk from town centre and beaches.

Very convenient location adjacent to centre and close to beaches. Reception and pool bar staff were most friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartments are simply furnished but all essentials were there and in good condition, and the complex itself felt well maintained. The bed in particular was very comfortable ! Going in September, most guests were older couples and a few young families. The pools were cleaned very morning and there were ample sun beds throughout our stay. We had a relaxing and enjoyable break and ideal for couples in particular, those with older children may find it a little quiet. ( however the main Inturotel complex, with play areas and entertainment is only a short walk away and all open to the Garden guests.) If hiring a car there is a car park adjacent, which was very convenient. The only slight negative is some may find the noise from the nearby bar/karaoke a little annoying, though it was finished by 11.30 or so each night and not an issue for us. Overall an excellent holiday and would recommend to anyone looking for an easy, relaxing stay.
