The location is good, but not so good otherwise. I was surprised that the room had no windows, which I think should be stated online, as I was feeling very uncomfortable after getting off the plane and was too lazy to argue with the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, with many shops and attractions in the city close by. The front desk is staffed by a handsome guy who is about 1.9 meters tall. He is very friendly and will answer my questions proactively. The breakfast is quite rich. The main drawback is that the supporting facilities are a little poor, and the daily necessities are lacking.

The hotel staff were very kind.
When the tour guide I booked in Japan arrived at the hotel, they made the effort to call me over the intercom.
The room is average, but there are few amenities.
Please note that there are no toothbrushes, body soap, or shampoo provided.
Hair dryers can be borrowed at the front desk.
Also, the room I stayed in did not have hot water.
Despite some negative aspects, it was a hotel I would personally like to stay at again.

The hotel marked on Ctrip that it provided free airport pick-up and drop-off. The front desk said it was $15 per trip and was only free for those staying for 3 consecutive nights.
I called Ctrip later and they gave me compensation.

The hotel usually checks in at 2pm. I arrived in the morning. In order not to wait, I booked an extra day in advance, thinking that I could check in as soon as I got off the plane. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel, I was still asked to wait until 2pm to check in. Then the room I booked for an extra day in advance was not prepared for me, and there was no explanation! The address of the hotel is very difficult to find. Basically, I have to take many taxis every time, and the driver may not be able to find it! I booked another day on the last day. The next day, the hotel said that I booked a little late and said that the room was booked out. I was taken to another hotel for one night and lied to me that this hotel was their branch!
