This is a beautiful hotel in the middle of absolutely nowhere. There is nobody staying at the hotel and nobody anywhere nearby. Locals call this area "Sisi's Ghost Town" - it is well over an hour into Cairo without any traffic. We had trouble getting any transportation into the City or back. It is eerie how completely empty the place is - I will never stay here again.

The hotel is very far from everything, about 50 minutes from anywhere, it is a lifeless, empty hotel... there is absolutely nothing around The bar staff, rude, arrogant and without a hint of desire to work, we asked for a a couple of plates of pasta and two Coca-Colas, which they brought without a glass, they only brought us a fork and when we went to ask for a spoon, knife and salt, he gave us a bad face saying that this is not a restaurant... despite having the menu in sight to order… and that we ate in the same place the day before. The exterior of the hotel (hammocks, chairs…tables) very dirty. The hotel windows have not been cleaned for months. The room was large, clean and luxurious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning makes a horrible noise, we had to turn it off, because it was impossible to sleep with such noise. The door cards are misconfigured every day, and you have to go downstairs to have them re-coded. We are a group of 113 people. And 90% of us think the same.

The hotel is awful, the staff is very rude starting from reception to house keeping, especially house keeping. the pool was not heated because the hotel is empty. the food is terrible, there was no varieties at all the chefs are not helpful. the full experience was boring. the beds are not clean we filmed a video for a lot of weird insects inside the bed and they didnt want to change the bed sheets Please avoid this hotel totally

The staff is more than excellent. helpful, friendly, enjoyed their work,and they do their best to make you feel comfort during your stayat. A beautiful hotel in the middle of the desert. Spacious, luxurious but worth seeing over time. Friendly staff at reception and restaurant. The buffet is good but the à la carte meals take hours to be served. Very pleasant swimming pool. It takes 40 minutes to reach Cairo by car.
