One of the best stays. The service is amazing. The gym has the most amazing view of the Nile river. The staff is very attentive and make sure you have a luxurious stay. Our room had the Nile view and was on the 14th floor. The hotel gets busy in the evenings. The hotel has the best food and also it has a lot of food joints opposite the road which requires 20 EP.

if you got room number start from 5, which means your room is at the garden view room, that was very terrible, the facilities are super old and not clean there. You`d must better to ask the staff to change your room, the rooms in the main building are renovated, with nicer facilities and cleaner shuttle bus is very convinient

I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.

What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

Stayed 3 nights and the rooms were comfortable and the service was exceptional. I usually don't write reviews, but this property deserves it. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating to ensure their guests were comfortable. Omar A\Azem deserves extra recognition. He works in the main restaurant and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were well served every day. We left our cell phone at the table after a meal and he was so courteous to run after us as we were entering the elevator to return it. Thank you Omar for your exceptional service. The Sheraton Cairo is successful because of employees like you.

Thank you The hotel was perfect.For the low price, the location and service are great, and the amenities and facilities are excellent. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop is also most beautiful. Also, the English speaking staff is very helpful.

The service of this star hotel is not up to par. You need to ask for your luggage when the car arrives. The breakfast waiter is very nice. Of course, you need to take pictures with your level.

It is a recently built hotel, and payment is made at the time of stay. The view is the best, and the hotel itself is very clean. It's all completely new. It is located right next to the ticket office to enter the Giza Pyramids. Many Koreans don't seem to know, but you can take pictures of the three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. Breakfast is not a buffet, but is simply eaten on the terrace. The room is clean, but the view from the room is closed. This Hyatt is the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. The hardware facilities are still good because it is newly built. Compared with five-star service and management, there is still a lot of room for improvement. The most intolerable thing is that the room provided to me was not a normal room. It's a room in a suite. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is only one door between us and the guests next to us. The sounds of their conversation and exchanges at night could be heard clearly. I only slept for two hours the day I stayed, it was too noisy! Look at the extra bed they arranged! Blankets and jackets are provided. You want to use it, hum! You have to put it in yourself. After negotiating with Ctrip, the quilt was delivered late at night. It was just a quilt. The quilt was a quilt and the jacket was a jacket. If you want to use it, you have to do it yourself. After showering, there would be so much water spilling out that I almost slipped! Because it is not a standard room, the shower they provide allows guests to take a shower in the bathtub, and the water flows outside to the floor. I have to praise Ctrip's service here. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, but I feel that the taste is better than that in China. The waiter at the front desk is really not very patient with Chinese people. I speak Arabic English with a strong accent and very fast.
