I made the booking for 3 people (my parents and me), four months before the date. When I was at the airport (one hour before the check-in), they called me to tell me that they didn't have a room for 3 and one of us needed to sleep on the ARMCHAIR. My parents are 65 years old so I said NO and that I wanted to talk with the manager. She took the phone and I explained that I was going to stay there for ONE MONTH, so it was impossible to sleep in the armchair. She started yelling at me and she told me literally "I don't mind, I am going to cancel the booking and that is all". I begged her to not cancel it and to let me buy a mattress and put it there, because it was going to be impossible to find a flat for the whole month. She said yes and after that I hoped that she was going to try to fix the bad management that they had, but instead of that... - they DIDN'T CLEAN the room OR CHANGE THE SHEETS/TOWELS in the whole month - they only gave us two towels, so we need to bought another one - they gave us one 20ml shampoo and body soap for the whole month And of course, the rooms are nothing compared to the pictures!
