The room was clean and hygienic. But the street next to the hotel room was too noisy, which really affected my rest! I didn't get a good rest for several days!

There is free coffee on the first floor of the hotel. It is very close to the fleet terminal to take a boat to the Great Barrier Reef. It is 6 kilometers away from the airport, which is not far. The room is quite big. There is a convenience store across the street downstairs. Turn right and there is a supermarket Woolworth at an intersection. Going forward is the night market. There are several good steak restaurants around, but remember to make a reservation. The environment is OK, but I think the Pullman International opposite is more beautiful. The service of this Pullman hotel is really bad. The check-in person at the front desk was not friendly to Chinese people. Toiletries, tea bags and milk were not replenished. A Little Genius watch was left behind and was not returned (we sent our luggage and went back to pick it up at 2pm. The room should have been cleaned by 2pm). The surrounding area is not very safe because there is ** downstairs. One night when I came back from the supermarket, there were a group of indigenous teenagers gathered, laughing and swearing at the Chinese. I was almost beaten by them. Everyone, please avoid it.

When booking a room on Ctrip, it was indicated that the front desk had Chinese service, and I confirmed it again and again! But when I arrived at the hotel, I was disappointed that there was no Chinese courtesy.
