This property is Beautiful, but the service is not great. The breakfast that is included is enormous in scope, it doesn’t run well. You have to ask for coffee for example, which can take 20 minutes or three minutes. Our room was never cleaned consistently in the same way. Every day, they forgot some thing Bottles of water or towels or tissues

Amazing hotel!!! The whole experience was extremely joyful. We were a couple + a 5 months old baby and we just wanted to get away and to have a break from what is going on in Israel since October 7th, and we had the best time. Everything was 10/10 - the food, the heated pool, the service, the room, the design of the hotel, the staff, wow.

Мы провели прекрасные выходные с семьей. Все было замечательно, начиная от пачки отличного кофе при получении номера, вида из окна, вкуснейшей еды в ресторане и т.д. Сервис на очень высоком уровне, номера прекрасные и удобные, обдумано все до мелочей. Мы заказали на базе полупансион и были очень довольны этому. Отличная и разнообразная кухня, как на завтрак, так и на ужин. Бассейн и зона отдыха вокруг него просто супер. В выходные, когда мы отдыхали, отель был полностью забронирован. Если бы меня не предупредили при заказе, мы бы даже не догадались, настолько все удобно и продумано. Везде есть уголки, игровые комнаты и прочее, где можно провести время тольео своей семьей. Как бонус, в те же выходные отдыхал известный израильский певец. Насколько я поняла, встретить в отеле наших местных селебрити не редкость. В общем, ставим отелю 10 баллов из 5!

We had 3 deluxe view rooms. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable, modern design and clean. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. So was the food of the other restaurants of the hotel. Service was all over efficient and friendly. The pool and the gardens around are magnificent. There are a lot of activities for a variety age of children. It is our second stay as a whole family and we all look forward to coming back.

Splendid family weekend, well kept resort, nice pool, good food. The rooms are spacious and renovated. The hotel is not very big. The area near the pool was not crowded and we arranged with the pool’s team more chairs so we could all stay together. I was surprised that the food in the restaurant beside the pool was actually delicious and not very expensive. Would go again someday I hope.

Hotel bom mas após ficar quatrfiad pedi um late checkout de uma hora a mais… ao invés de sair onze pedi para sair 12:00… fui com um grupo para um evento… Atendente simpática perguntou para um tal de Noi que foi super grosseiro e disse que não podia… hotel é no meio do nada e tenho um transfer agendado para 12:30… Simplesmente NUNCA me aconteceu isso… Este Noi não serve…

Visited with the family, 6 adalts andvtwo babies, food was excellent, we took dinner as well. Rooms were very clean, fasilities were extremely nice , staff was super nice. A lot of what to do with kids. It was a perfect vacation. We will definatelly come back. l
