The Lake View Hotel

This was perfect for my needs. A quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of Llanberis but near enough to access everything. A beautiful spot and a lovely room overlooking the lake. Free parking. The breakfast was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were super friendly. Thank you.

Comfy bed. Clean room and bathroom. Attentive and friendly hosts. Welcoming environment. Great location (close to both Llanberis and transport routes around the area! Amazing breakfast!!! I have no complaints regarding my stay here, and will definitely be back in the future! I highly recommend for any coming to the area!

I couldn’t say enough good about this property. We were welcomed by friendly hosts who quickly took our luggage to our rooms. The rooms were large and well appointed with lots of nice little upgrades. Everything was clean and fresh. The bathrooms were impeccable. The full cooked order breakfast was an added bonus. There were two lounges where one could rest and read or have a nice conversation. Coffees and teas were available at all hours of the day or night. we will be back again to enjoy this lovely property

This is a lovely place to stay. Everything was simple, spotless, clean and fresh and cosy. Places to relax, conservatory and bar cum lounge and help yourself philosophy. The breakfasts were delicious, particularly James’s muesli. The owners set just the right tone which is not easy to do.We would stay here again at the drop of a hat.

A fantastic place to stay. The owners are brilliant and very welcoming. The place is absolutely spotless and the food very nice. The room was cosy and clean .Loved the lounge area with free tea and coffee 24 hours a day. My wife and I have stayed in many B and Bs and this rates as one of the best. Really couldn’t fault it

Well done, Amy and James.I couldn't blow your trumpet enough in the 3 years that started your adventure. I believe you have achieved a great deal. As to what I would consider to be one of my favourite B&B that I have had the good fortune to stay in. Bedrooms 10/10 comfort 10/10 Breakfasts 10/10 wot I would call home cooked happiness and to the most important factor AMY & JAMES very welcoming friendly a wealth of knowledge of the local area totally amazing people.GOOD LUCK FOR THE FUTURE

I booked Lake View last year and I occupied all 10 rooms with my friends and family as for my 50th we all climbed Snowdon. Amy and James are fabulous hosts and Lake View offered the perfect place for us to celebrate in. Snowdon and the town was very close. We decided to grab a bus into town from the bus stop right outside, which took 10mins at most. The rooms were very clean offering a shower ensuite and very comfy beds. The hotel had two cosy lounges with a log burner which kept us warm after our climb. There was tea and coffee available and in the evening we were able to buy wine/fizz to celebrate my birthday. The following morning we had the best breakfast - needed after our climb! I would recommended Lake View to anyone - we had an amazing stay! Thank you Amy and James

Wow, the best service from the owners Amy and James, couldn't do enough for us when we arrived. very friendly and welcoming. Rooms where spotlessly clean and very cute with the teddy on pillow for when you walk in, lovely warm atmosphere in there and would definitely stay again, its like a home away from home. Id recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Snowdonia for their trip to book here. Its perfect with its views off the lake and mountains also its not far away from lovely restaurants and bars, best place ive been for a long time and will be booking again soon.
