Very nice hotel, we were lucky to get a room upgrade to a larger room on the front with full sea view. Check in was quite slow (as on previous occasion I have used this hotel) but not excessively slow and the staff were very friendly; fortunately there was no queue. Very clean hotel with everything looking new and in excellent state of repair. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location by the beach and close to town is great.

This hotels gives an excellent view on the see side. You have the feeling of being on a ship. During the covid they maintain a light service but a good one. Personal are listening and providing you the needed support for any peculiar demand. The location is at the entrance of the city. You may have a walk or run in the morning on the beach without disturbance. Really good recommandation

The hotel is in an excellent position being right on the beach. It's an easy 10 minute bus journey in to the old city. The hotel was full when we stayed owing to a nearby beach football event. We had a great view from our room but the room and bathroom seem a bit tired and dated. The in house restaurant didn't look worth bothering with but there are several excellent retaurants within a short walk. The reception staff were a little brusque which may have been due to it being so busy. They weren't especially welcoming. The breakfast buffet was ok and was regularly replennished by the staff but was nothing special. If I returned to Cadiz I'd probably find somewhere else to stay.

Très belle vue mer, bonne literie. Bien situé face à une grande plage.Hôtel vieillissant, un grand besoin de rénovation.Nettoyage chambre insuffisant surtout sol, meubles usés Dommage. Il y avait de longs cheveux sur le sol dès notre arrivée jusqu à notre départ.

Stayed here with friends for 3 nights on B&B basis, the location is great right on the beach, although beach hard to access from the hotel as the door was closed for some reason. Cadiz old town a short bus ride away, plenty of bars and restaurants close by for evening meals etc. Breakfast was the usual buffet bun fight, it was fine if not as fresh as I would have expected from a 4 star hotel staff looked a little tired. Check in was OK if a little tedious. We had ocean view rooms on the second floor which were fine if a little tired, bathroom clean, our room hadn't been swept on our arrival so a bit sandy which was disappointing but OK the following day. There was virtually no evening socialising with other guests, everyone seemed to go out so it had a rather cool atmosphere. Would probably choose somewhere else if we were to go to Cadiz again.

Heel mooi hotel. Ontbijt was goed maar elke dag hetzelfde maar wel variatie. Wij sliepen aan de kant van de zee en is snachts wel veel lawaai van mensen die op de promenade lopen en jongere die op de ligbedjes zitten en daar feestjes bouwen. Proper hotel. Heel vriendelijk personeel

This dispute is still pending after 4+ weeks. While responsive, the back and forth has required legal counsel now. This hotel refuses to honor the refundable reservation terms provided in writing, despite providing them a month advance notice of cancellation before the cancellation deadline. They wear you down.

Falta mantenimiento, sobre todo en ropa de baño, son de cuando inaguraron casi el hotel y raspan, sería necesario renovar. La ubicación fabulosa, pero un poco abandonado de conservación y de instalaciones, ya que el precio es alto para lo que hay

Estuvimos alojados a finales de Mayo de 2024. Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa en todos los aspectos: Instalaciones, situación, comida, cafetería, limpieza y sobre todo la excelente atención al cliente que te presta todo el personal del hotel. Destacando Elisabet de Recepción que te da un trato de lo más amable y cariñoso y el Chef José Antonio que se desvive para que todo te vaya bien en el comedor.
