We had a great stay at 1 Homes Preview! The room was very comfortable and well decorated. The common areas and the pools were very nice and the location was super conveniently located. Although what made our trip most special was the service. Edson served us cocktails and food every day at the pool, Aaron made great cocktails at the Mezcal bar, Andrea cooked us a fabulous meal in our unit, and Rocio was an attentive and thorough cleaner. We were a group of three families with babies and toddlers (total of 10) so we weren’t the easiest group to manage but the kindness that the staff showed us really made us feel at home. We will be back!

we loved our stay at the 1! we rented a 3 bedroom residence that was perfect for our group of 3 families (including children). we enjoyed the pool every day (1 of the pools is heated - perfect for littles!), had a chef come one night to make dinner, and loved exploring all the property has to offer. the concierge was helpful in arranging dinner reservations, babysitters, and groceries. the entire 1 team was incredible and made our stay so perfect. an extra big thank you to edson, aaron, chef andrea, chef max, andrea, jose, javier, cindy, jafeth, bryant. we can’t wait to come back soon! :)

The name says it all! It absolutely feels like home. We went for a quick trip in October from Friday to Sunday. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were greeted with warmth, luxury, and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient location, delicious food, wonderful views of the sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean, and friendly staff.

Super great place with amazing staff all around. Support location with beach right there. Tons of boats going in and out of marina. Which is fun to watch, but plenty far away. Aaron at the in house bar, Mezcal, will make u feel at home too!! Amazing spot.
