"Terrible, definitely our worst trip to Cabarete. No one ever tells you when you make the reservation that there's construction going on next door from 8 am to 6 pm, and it sounds like a war zone. Completely unpleasant, not to mention the totally rude attitude of some of the staff. A real shame, the noise could drive anyone crazy."

"Tropical Casa Laguna is a very relaxing and beautiful hotel. The rooms are tastefully decorated with woodgrain tile and comfortable beds, the pool area is huge and beautiful with a swim up bar, everything is extremely clean, there is a large on-sight parking lot, and it's centrally located in the heart of Cabarete. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including the security guards at the front gate. It was a great stay!"

"The hotel was incredible, and the employees were very attentive, the only thing is that it is quite far from the center of Puerto Plata and the airport. But, the Cabarete area is very good, since there is a lot of movement of foreigners and a lot of parties. As far as very good place is concerned. (PS: There is little Uber offer) If you go and there is an Uber with the name Ever, it is the best＜3"
