Beautiful Sea view
I stayed a couple of nights in a sea view room, which I absolutely loved. I never use AC and here they has something much better: mosquito screens and a fan. The view was wonderful and you can hear the sound of the ocean all day and night, since the hotel is located at the end of the beach, off from noise.
Wifi is good and there's a fridge, too. The bed was really comfy and the decoration easy on the eye.
The staff was friendly and the owners are renovating the place to be even better.
I will definitely be back, when in Cabarete.

Good for the money
The first room was too hot, so upgraded to ocean view. The view room had balcony and I could catch a breeze.
The place was somewhat run down but represented value in the area

It is an old hotel but the staff is friendly and everything is clean, do not have a restaurant neither a bar but everything is close nearby, it is ok price versus location

Tolles kleines Hotel
Das kleine nette Hotel ist äußerst angenehm und ruhig mit sehr guter Anbindung an einen großen Supermarkt, Lokalen und den Strand. Von der Putzfee bis zum Eigentümer extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte mich ziemlich am Bein verletzt und konnte mich die ersten Tagen kaum rühren - das gesamte Personal war sehr bemüht um uns. Die Küchenzeile war in einem guten Zustand und die Betten sehr bequem und sauber. Das Essen das "Mama" mit ihren Mitarbeitern zaubert einfach sehr gut und preislich für Cabarete günstig - jeden Tag gab es ein Mittagessen für wenig Geld. Moskitos waren etwas lästig, aber das ist halt so, wenn man im Grünen wohnt, ein guter Mückenschutz ist da sehr hilfreich ;-). Fazit: ein feines Hotel mit ganz tollen und bemühten Mitarbeitern, darauf kann der Besitzer ganz besonders stolz sein - wir würden es weiter empfehlen.

The room and property seemed to be a bit rundown and dated. TV in room didn’t work. Was ok, but not an ideal place to stay especially for the cost.
