Because there is an extra child, they are not allowed to stay. The hotel is fully booked and I cannot change the room. They do not allow cancellation. I have wasted my money. Please be careful when booking a room with children. Check carefully whether the room type allows children before placing an order.

It was so good! It was a dream-like hotel.
Because it was an annex, I had to walk a bit to get to the pool and breakfast, but the path was so pretty that it was another pleasure.
The staff were very friendly and the service was good👍🏻
If I go to Palma again, I will go again.

Find a hotel that is good value for money in the off season..
Throughout the 5 days of my stay, I was healed thanks to the friendly staff and the quiet and relaxing accommodation. It was a pity that the pool was not warm, but if you make a reservation for the spa, you can use it once a day for free. It's close to downtown and close to the sea, so it would be so much better if I went in the summer. I was happy throughout my stay.

As it is a 5-star hotel, I was satisfied with all the services and facilities. There was a bellboy and he also did valet. I left it as a honeymoon, and they prepared cava champagne at the accommodation. Instead, the food was very tasty for the price.
