An absolutely delightful stay at this property. The breakfast was phenomenal - so much thought and detail went into it - definitely get the vegan breakfast! Delicious! The apartment was clean, spacious and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and I slept extremely well. Highly recommended this property. Will be back!

Needs a reno, looks run down. Very expensive and disappointing. For the price we would have thought we would have had our room done each day and new towels. Had to do own dishes. Wouldn't stay again.

A quiet & comfortable location that is very clean and within walking distance of the town centre. Ned & Adrian are truly wonderful hosts - that will cater to all your needs. They are a wealth of information on where to eat and all that's special in and around Byron Bay. Delicious home cooked breakfast is delivered to your room each day. Thank you for a memorable stay. We plan to visit again.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation is delightful, Ned and Adrian are incredible hosts, providing an absolutely magnificent breakfast each morning. Ned was super helpful with recommendations too. The location is superb, a short walk into the centre of town, and minutes from a glorious beach. Our room was extremely quiet, in a gorgeous lush setting. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice place, the owner Nead is a great help in planning your stay. Like a great concierge. Clean and nice rooms beautiful balcony Location is excellent. We just think they should have clean the room every day. We stayed two nights and it was cleaned at the end. Breakfast is great.

Beautifully appointed individual beach shacks - ideal location for both the beach and the heart of Byron Bay. Adrian and Ned were the perfect hosts; Ned’s breakfasts were worthy of a professional chef and every recommendation Adrian gave us was spot on - from places to visit to bars and restaurants. Can’t recommend this place enough.

A beautiful place to stay. Ned and Adrian were amazing and very friendly. They took time to help us settle in and suggested places to eat. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean and good thick towels both bath and beach. The pool was small but lovely. Not complaining about it at all. Adrian cooked and presented the breakfast trays to our room. It was beautiful and very tasty. I would 100% stay there again 5 🌟 rating very much deserved. I can not think of any better place to stay
