The location of hotel is near the beach accessible to the nearest shop. Hotel itself, the staffs are friendly. But we received the room with foul smell when you go inside. Towels have stained on it. Electric kettle is not working and also the TV. The sink is clogging. No creamer for the coffee. The public toilet cubicle is not fully close for privacy. When you use the restroom and went inside, other people can see you from outside while washing their hands as the door have gap. You can see people outside while sitting in the toilet bowl.🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

it is accessible to SM Butuan with a few minutes walk but they might have to train staff for customer service experience.

It's different from the picture, the room is too small
It's a room with only one bed, so 2 people
inconvenient to live
There is no toilet or water, and I only slept for one night.
