항상 잘 이용하고 있네요. 이번 방은 개미가 너무 많아 좋지 않았는데 다행히도 방을 바뀌주고 응대도 좋았어요. 수영장도 넓고 좋고 직원분들도 항상 친절합니다. 다만 수압이 매우 약하고 와이파이도 방안에서는 좋지 않습니다. 개선이 필요해 보이네요.

the hotel room is wide, clean but there no free shampoos etc. Mist have free kit mostly in hotel that I’ve been to has it.

Everything was good except the front desk staff. They are not that approachable and they look unhappy in receiving guests. I have been to different hotels not only in the Philippines but these front desk staff don’t know how to smile and talk to their guests. They need to be trained how to accommodate guests.
On the other hand, I would like to commend the house keeping staff who know how to smile and greet their guests. The in charge for breakfast were very helpful to my family too.
