Coming in late at night and having issues with another hotel in the area, we stopped here for a room. They were extremely accommodating and willing to help! We were able to book a king bed room as walk in guests. The complimentary breakfast was great the next morning and I was able to do laundry. The ENTIRE staff was amazing and even helped me corral my adventurous toddler to where we were trying to go (into the elevator and back into the room). Best hotel stay I’ve had by far!

We stayed here for one night on our way north. I used points and the required amount for one night was about twice what I needed to do the same thing two nights ago in Lamar, Co. I guess maybe because it’s tourist season? Both properties were very similar in amenities and quality so it wasn’t like Butte was a higher end hotel. This property is nice. Kept up reasonably well. Our room was clean and spacious though there were a couple of things missing. One was a small frig. That seems to have become almost standard any more. The prior two nights we had one and had just gotten used to it. The other thing was no USB ports. Those aren’t as common as the frogs but more and more places have them and should. Adding them is trivial in both cost and effort and who these days doesn’t use electronics and needs to charge them? But there were plenty of A/C outlets and we had our adapters. One other thing I’ll mention, though not an issue for us, is that we got a handicap accessible room. Ever since I travelled with my dad when he became elderly, I tend to notice things I never did before. Lie there was no seat in the shower and that’s important for someone that can stand for extended periods. The shower might be considered “walk-in” but there was a 2-3” lip that one has to step over to get in. That can be a big deal for some people. And the shower head was very high so unreachable by someone needing to hold on to a walker or that even is just short. The night previous, we also had a handicap accessible room and it had a zero-lip walk-in shower, a fold-down seat and a hand-held wand. Just things to consider if you’re either advertising a room to be handicap accessible or if you’re needing a handicap accessible room. Ok, back to the review…The room was fine. We slept well though the pillows were the extremely soft kind where your head just sinks down into it. We like those that are firmer and offer some support. Again, the last two nights, the places we stayed had one of each on each side of the bed so you could choose your preference. The breakfast here was the best of all the places we stayed on this trip. Coffee, two kinds of omelettes, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes (make your own), cereal, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, etc…And a nice large dining area. They also had newspapers available for anyone that wanted one. The people at the front desk, both on check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. There’s always things that can be improved but overall, this was a good choice and I’d have no problem staying here on a future trip.

We recently stayed for the night and while our experience was generally positive, there are definitely some areas that need improvement. The hotel itself has potential, with a convenient location and friendly staff who were welcoming upon arrival. My room was comfortable, but it was clear that some attention to detail was lacking. First, there were noticeable stains on the ceiling and the sofa, which gave the room a bit of a worn-down feel. This took away from the overall cleanliness and comfort. Additionally, there was no body wash provided, the container was empty. To make matters worse, the TV did not work. Overall, the hotel feels like it is in need of some love and refurbishment. With a few updates and more attention to room cleanliness and maintenance, this could easily be a fantastic place to stay. For now, it’s a good option if you’re not too particular about the details, but I hope they make some improvements soon

Checking in I was told there was no hot water : waiting on a part for repairs. They let me check into their sister-hotel across the street with no additional charges, even though my reservation was prepaid and didn't technically allow refunds or changes.. Obviously I was thrilled to have quiet, clean and hot water for the night! Great customer service attitudes at both places, too!

If you are looking for a motel room that is clean, quiet, and has a bed then this place works. However - if you are looking for a room that is not only clean but has a comfortable bed, soft towels, is nicely decorated, has amenities like a fridge and mw then this place may not work for you. I felt like we were in some SNL skit: the photo of the room that is on the website looks inviting - in reality, the room is so much less, the towels scratchy, no fridge/mv, one chair in the room, and the bed squeeked! The staff though were very friendly and accommodating. We paid the same for this room that we have paid for much, much nicer places. This room was worth, at most, half of what we paid for it.

The room was very nice . The bed was comfortable and linen was in good condition. We had an interior facing room so it was very quiet . We didn’t try any of the hotel amenities since we checked in late and left early . We did try the free breakfast offering . We were pleasantly surprised the quality and variety of food available to choose from . We almost didn’t even go look since at most hotels it is an unpleasant ( gross ) experience. It was very clean in the food area and the food was good ( come on it is free and a buffet but it was actually good ! ) All the employees were very nice we encountered.
