Chambre très petite et rien pour ranger les habits ou la valise. Personnel de réception désagréable.. a peine bonjour voir pas un regard ni un mot lors de nos arrivées dans l'hôtel. Et pas un mot lors du check out. Très décevant pour un hôtel Accor

Décevant en comparaison de mes séjours précédents...
Pas de code wifi (mais selon la personne de l'accueil : nécessité de manipulation sur le téléphone portable pour s'inscrire définitivement dans tous les hôtels de la chaîne... or cela n'a pas fonctionné... donc pas de wifi durant les 3 nuits de mon séjour) ; éclairage mural qui ne fonctionnait pas.... obtention des factures ... laborieuse...
J'espère mieux une autre fois...
