Best Business Hotels in Ho Chi Minh City

The price is OK, the room is very nice, although I only stayed for one day, the service was very good, and the customer service was very enthusiastic to help deal with any problems with the room. If I come back, I will definitely stay at your hotel.

This apartment building is very new and stands out because there are ordinary shanty towns nearby. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is quite comfortable to live in. After booking and before moving in, the owner will send you an email with contact information, one of which is WeChat, which is more convenient for Chinese people to contact. Although it is close to the prosperous District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, there are some roads, and the surrounding streets are narrow and there are many motorcycles, which is not suitable for citywalks. There are no decent restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket downstairs, which is convenient for buying bottled water and fruits. If you cook in the apartment, vegetables and other ingredients are also sold. There are washing machines and dryers, which is very good.

Location was very good within walking distance of many attractions. Housekeeoing should be improved. As for breakfadt.. nothing to shout about. Stayed 6 nights .. only had the breakfast every other day. It would be nuce if some staff can speak some simple English.. especially housekeeping.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

We stayed 3 nights in Roseland Centa hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, good location. The greatest brightness of this hotel is the reception staff. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... Special thanks to Long, Niran and Tai.

Well maintained hotel, central location and near to many other attractions, good massage within stone away. If you have budget do try the hotel spa and massage. Only downside is the male reception requested for extra charges due to additional person fees and given unclear information. Bathroom was clean and the downside is no separate bathtub and shower Voucher’s from hotel was awesome 1 free meal (choice of lunch or dinner) Daily voucher of free 1 drinks & French fries during 5-7pm 1x Free 30min foot massage

The hotel is quite clean and the space is large. What's special is... there is a nice coffee shop on the first floor. There is a washing machine and dryer on the top floor, suitable for long-term guests. Although the neighborhood is also very lively, it is relatively far away from the bustling areas of Ho Chi Minh City, but it is just enough to experience local life because there are many authentic snacks.

m village is a local cultural youth hotel brand with many locations, young style and low price. It is especially suitable for shortstay/digital nomad. The overall space is comfortable and satisfactory, but the bathroom is slightly flooded after taking a shower. If you are concerned about the separation of dry and wet areas, you may want to pay attention. Automatic check-in, no traditional reception desk, any need can be contacted via WhatsApp.

My family and I had a lovely experience staying at the hotel. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for our trip. The on-site restaurant boasted a mouthwatering breakfast spread, featuring a mix of European and local dishes to cater to various tastes. The restaurant's kids' play area and the painting activity for older children were thoughtful touches that our family appreciated. Exploring the local area, we discovered some restaurants and shops nearby, which was a pleasant bonus. Our room was perfect for a family of four, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for our children. The outdoor pool area was a highlight, complete with a beautifully landscaped green zone. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
