GGuest UserStayed over for a weekend as I had a couple of events to attend. I didn't have any interactions with the front desk staff as I check-in and out from my phone, although I was greeted each time I entered/exited. I'll give this hotel a shoutout for not having the air conditioners in the rooms limited, if you want the room to go down to 60 degrees, the AC will go down to 60 degrees. The pool is small but perfect for 2-3 families at most, the complimentary breakfast was small but satisfactory for what it was and did the job. The only thing that would keep me from giving this hotel the highest ratings are the following: - The rooms are a bit dated, and the bathrooms (specifically toilets) can use an upgrade. - You can hear the RT17 traffic from your room, the only thing louder than the traffic was the refrigerator in the room. - The elevators are extremely slow so if you are above the 3rd floor it can be annoying to go up and down. - The mattresses (we had the king-size bed) were extremely thin to the point you could feel the springs pressing into your body as you sleep. - The night we had one of the events we could drive through the entrance way as we did normally as there were 2 cars parked there. When we go to the entrance it was a bunch of people hanging out and smoking **** with both cars parked and playing music loudly. (This could be a one-time thing here but I was only there 1 night) Overall, for what I needed a hotel for this stay, just a place to sleep for 1 night. I don't believe I could do more.

GGuest UserWas attending a conference conference room temperature was too cold hot and for 6 days they didn’t fix it daily it was the issue fitness room didn’t had any Air-conditioning, food by hotel at conference was poor quality It’s a Old building not clean ac issues in conference room or Old building not clean or upto gate Wi-Fi and Air-conditioning issues in conference room escalator was broken
