Very new and nicely designed hotel in a central location, on the fringe of Chinatown. Superb location with lots of eateries, MRT stations within walking distance. The only gripe I have is the size of the room, the bathroom especially. The room is tight for 2 persons, with no wardrobe and proper place for suitcases. The bathroom is shockingly tiny, I can safely say it’s not more than 2sqm for shower and toilet…the smallest bathroom I’ve encountered in a hotel room.
Breakfast in the coffee house is not too bad, quite a good selection

Second visit. Got a complimentary upgrade to club lounge access. Service at the Club Lounge was exquisite with smiles. Thankful for the upgrade but the cuisine was not suited for the palette of the traditiomal elderly. Room was clean and view was fantastic at level 32. The bathtub is always
TV was an issue on the second day that kept restarting and could not be used for the entire second day, even after technical assistance.
Overall still a great experience and would visit again!

We stayed here as a group of 8 people during our business trip and I can fully recommend the hotel. the area was great for us, lot of bars and restaurants and good night life. Further, the bus which brought us to the company every day was just around the corner (Bus no. 15). The hotel itself is very clean, has a big shower (so good!!!) and was cleaned every day. I liked that in the bed there was two different pillows, a soft one and a firm one! since I only like soft ones it was great for me! the stuff is really nice and helpful. booking taxi middle in the night for us or giving good tips as we had some issues with the credit card (it wasn't hotel fault, it was the bank!) and the best : the stuff is always smiling!! not to forget the nice orange juice machine (two!). having a fresh orange juice after the hot working day was great! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I did from the juice machine :) Breakfast was nice and there is always something for everyone. me for my part love Asian food, so I enjoyed kaya buns and the fresh fruits. Also the coffee is nice and I loved the masala tea! Around the corner of the hotel you can eat famous Katong laksa! the best in the city in my honest opinion! Also five chicken star is nice place to eat since they are serving very good hainanese chicken rice. If you go down the street from five chicken star, you will find Mel´s Place, a nice beer garden with local people. You can watch football here, play billard or enjoy live music on some events. When traveling, I like to connect with local people and get more nice tips where to go, so my tips here are far away from the touristic areas and events.

It's a lovely decorated hotel. The room is small in a minimalist style. The bathroom floor is a bit flat. When taking a shower, the water overflows outside. The hotel does not provide laundry bags.

To start with,I was not happy with my check in process, I booked a superior Room with City view 4 months back for 7 nights for my family of 2 adults 1 kid. But I was given room on 6th floor with car parking View, and there is no view at all, upon asking the receptionist , she told me that was the room blocked for me , I asked her where is the city view, she just said that’s the room blocked for me., I was totally upset , and I asked her that I can’t stay for 7 nights with car parking view, then she said she have a room on front side and that is chargeable upgrade, I did the upgrade but the same room ,only the view nothing special in it, but she charged me for 7 nights almost 110 SGD. that’s seems to be scam on this category of hotel. And I am totally upset, and I wasted lot of money on this Hotel, anyway apart from this location is very good, lot of Indian restaurants near by, rooms was spacious and good, but u can still find dust n dirt of previous guest under the table and bed,we don’t want to spoil our holiday so we just left off, rest all okay, and would recommend this hotel for its location.

The hotel itself is consider convenient, there’s a gateway right across the street beside the hotel where it can connect down to Suntec City lower level food court. This trip we brought our one year old with us. During the check in, no one informed us about the music festival (DJ) that had been going on for the past days. The room that was given to us were right on top of the music festival, it was so loud during the afternoon and I was told it’ll continue to 10pm. My son couldn’t take his nap at all! This messed up our whole day schedule, we basically wasted the whole day trying to get a room change. However, thanks to the assistant front desk manager (Ivy) we were able to get a higher floor room away from all the noise (finally got a room change at around 8:30pm), if it’s not for her help I would have given a even less of a rating.
Once again I would like to thanks Ivy for all her help. She was great.

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)

HHaniWe had an absolutely wonderful staycation with the family! Raj and Munn at reception were exceptional. Generously upgraded both our rooms to Premier Club and were incredibly accommodating with a late check-out, making our stay even more special. Lovely bathtub! Comfy bed! The breakfast spread was delightful, with something for everyone to enjoy. Truly a memorable experience from start to finish!

Check out Dan’s Steaks while you can. They serve some very good steaks. Any steaks on the menu will be to your liking; guaranteed.
Hotel is centrally located. It’s like 10-15mins drive to the shopping district of Orchard Road.

CCat loving dearLocation: it’s around 10-15 mins walk from MRT, not very convenient for travellers with many luggage. It’s not indoor or with shelter on the way. Luckily the weather is very good without rain upon my arrival and departure. Just that there is construction work nearby and quite dusty when walking towards MRT in the daytime.
Check in: the staff called Rainny is very friendly and helpful. We felt being warm welcomed and the whole process is very smooth.
Room: the room is bright and tidy. Two queen beds are comfy and spacious enough. The shower area is relatively small. The minibar including cup noodles and drinks inside the room is all free. We just need to fill up water from the dispenser in the corridor. The hotel emphasises environmental friendly and I can see it from the amenities and setup. I quite like the small fridge in green color. I also appreciate it has type C plug on the bedside. I would say the room setup is good for business travellers.
Swimming pool: it’s located on 2/F and not big though. We just didn’t swim much as there were quite some leaves and small stones in the pool.
Restaurant: we haven’t tried but saw one on the hotel lobby. It’s buffet style. And there is one rooftop restaurant but only open from 6am to 9pm. What a shame we had no chance to visit. For our lunch and dinner, we went to the shopping mall near MRT and there are lots of restaurants.
Overall, the stay is good. Staff including front office and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful.

The room was also very tidy and neat, and they let us have a late check out at 2pm. The service is also great. Kids also eat for free. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall and the MRT station is just a short walk away :)
Negatives: the evening cocktail at the Executive Lounge was not that nice and the hotel was kinda old. The hotel also did not allow us to check in slightly earlier :(

surroundings as it is very convenient, peaceful and comfortable. It would be most ideal if the Swimming Pool is big with a Training Pool and A Wading Pool. The amenities are okay. The gym is spacious. There is NTUC and Changi City Point is just around the corner only. We cooked and prepared our food over here throughout our 3 Days & 2 Nights stay. Lurved the night views too. We have enjoyed our stay over here throughout tremendously. And we look forward to be back here once again. Cheers. ❤️

AAnonymous UserGood location. Value for money. No hassle checking in and checking out. Our room is clean but upon entering the room you can smell an old hotel smell. The bathroom emits a foul smell even though we still do not use it.It really hurts our nose. We didn't change rooms anymore because it's already a hassle and we’re tired of our flight and daily activities. Love the shampoo and the body wash. All in all... all are good except that foul emitting smell in the bathroom. The old hotel smell in the room after a few days staying was gone.

BBARISLocation is perfect. It’s on the top of Outram Park station. Chinatown, Clarke Quay and Marina Bay is walkable distance. Being near Chinatown is a great plus for good food.
Hotel has an open-air pool which is nice. It has a nice terrace aswell. Highly recommended. People at the hotel are very professional and friendly.

BBearyHKFirst time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.
