Amazing staff that went out of their way to ensure our stay and event were perfect. We had a large number of guests with multiple logistics and all were handled immediately without issue. From front desk staff, restaurant staff to housekeeping we were met with the utmost respect and kindness. Would highly recommend the Movenpick for a convenient location from individual guests to larger events.

Had an amazing stay. Everything worked great. Mini pool and mini gym to complement it. Breakfast was tasty with a decent variety. Although I had a nasty experience where I ordered for dinner, a spaghetti bolognese meal, where the meat was rotten :-( any cook can tell if food has gone bad but for it to have been served to me, made me question the food in store and played it safe by eating elsewhere after that experience. Aside that Wifi worked well. The frequent power cuts were not felt as a generator kicked in a few seconds after the mains went off. Overall I Enjoyed my stay but very disturbed by the food experience. May be a one-off but just be mindful

I enjoyed my stay here it was all in all a great stay.
However, for supposedly one of the best hotels in Lagos, there are no activities or restaurants on site.
There’s a nice little bar on the 5th floor but apart from that you’ll have to eat at the hotels buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet needs serious upgrade to pay $25 dollars there is a lack of choice.
The coffee shop at the lobby sucks because there’s no barista or at-least some that knows how to make good coffee instead any staff that’s available on I’ll make your coffee when you order.
Apart from that the hotel is very clean for Lagos hotel standards.

Great hotel. Very clean and lots of activities on site.
Food was delicious 🤤 and the staff were really kind an accommodating. It’s the perfect place for solo travellers who are in Lagos for business or pleasure.

NNancy000nancyNo no no I not advise anyone to live there. it is just a building. no lift no swimming pool. what type of hotel is this? People at hotel are very rude. Asks money every time. After cleaning my room one of staff asked in very low sound - anything for me? Later I gave him $10. Room was quite big in size but night was horrible. It was not sound proof. I heard sex moaning all the night. I felt next door couple took viagra. No breakfast buffet at all. I waited for Spanish omelet for around 30 minutes. When I tried to call the manager. No manager. Worst hospitality in Lagos. Do not know how and why people said it top class hotel or five star rating place. I and my hubby extremely disappointed with this hotel. Full of mosquitos, restaurant was empty and service was very late. We got dinner after one hour and thirty minutes delay. We are completely disappointed with this hotel or someone’s house, may be house of big man. Please avoid this hotel. Later we went to another hotel on much lesser money. Sorry I want to rate it zero score but don't have option.
