The sheets were not replaced after the previous guests. They had a lot of sand and hair on them (apparently from different parts of the body, those who understand, understand). There was a lot of small debris and sand on the floor.
The girls at the reception immediately changed the room to another one, the sheets in the other room were clean, but the floors were still dirty.
I asked for an ironing board and iron, they brought it in 3 minutes. Excellent!
Of course, this is not necessary, but I think that with such oversights, the hotel could at least upgrade the room as an apology, given that this is far from the cheapest hotel in the area.
Overall, the location is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good hygiene products and a set in the room. Special thanks for the capsule coffee. It is free. For an additional fee, a pretty good and original selection of snacks and beer is available. There is also wine.
On the first floor there is a gs25, which is also very convenient.
