We had no inconveniences. There was always someone at the front desk, which was reassuring. They were able to communicate well in Japanese using a translation app. They also called a taxi right away.
It was too cold to see the open bridge, but it might be good for those staying on a Saturday.
The view was amazing.
Also, the bread at the restaurant just below the observation deck was delicious.

남포동이랑 가까워서 위치가 정말 좋고 하버뷰가 정말 좋았습니다. 사우나 이용하고싶었는데 이용가능시간인데 불구하고 이용할 수 없다고해서 실망했습니다.

Even though we are just moving rooms, we have to wait from 11 am to 3 pm. We understand that the staff are following hotel policy, but our situation is unique. 하버뷰 좋고 나쁘지 않았습니다.
다만.....시트에 살짝 얼룩이 있다던가...헤어 드라이기 사용하는 콘센트가 접촉 불량으로 안들어간다던가 하는...디테일에서 아쉬웠는데요!
나머지는 괜찮습니다! 화장실도 깨끗하고 영도 초입구라 산책하기도 좋아요!

the one that i booked earlier is a bit small for the price. they should upgrade that room. they have 360 view but unfortunately toilet is so weird. so i have to upgrade a new room which is they charge me for $120 . although is big room and spacious and cozy but they should give us more discount bcos were not happy the room of 1st one and yet we paid for $450 for 2 nights only. and yet their tv need to upgrade too. everyone using smart tv now and still they have the old version, which is u need to pay for additional charge for just to wtach netflix imagine paying for that much for the room and yet additional payment for the kit for netflix so u can watch? hotel shoul provide that free. even cheapest hotel used smart tv how come they still used the old model one who will watch just tv now adays. so in total we paid for $590 just to feel comfortable and yet just for 36hrs . im a bit upset but glad i decided to to upgrade the room. thats the view that i had in my room
its good but still pls upgrade the service too.

The location and scenery of the hotel are great. I was only going to stay in Busan for two nights, but I ended up staying longer. It's very convenient for travel, and the Lotte Department Store opposite is also great for shopping.
