Find the Cheap Bursa Hotels

There is not much to say about this place except I will not stay there for 2nd time. The room was smelly (cigarette smoke) although we requested for non smoking floor. We need to open the window to get rid of the smell but it was located above main busy road, and guest the noise from vehicles and temperature outside at that time was sub zero. The breakfast was contracted to a in-house restaurant Simit Sarayi but we get set breakfast (no choice) everyday. Imagine for 5 days eating simit & bread! We have to pay for any extra such as orange juice. But not all bad, as the location right at the centre of Bursa and close to busy shopping area such as Kaza Han. The front desk guys are also very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect for shopping. It is very centrally located as its name suggests. It is located on a busy street, but luckily you don't notice that in your room. Now we were not on the street side. But opposite the elevator, you could unfortunately hear it all evening and morning. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is a bit dated as are the furnishings. Breakfast was very sp****, but all in all good value for money. We stayed for only one night, so it was not that bad.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

The hotel was quiet and nice. The location is good for walking, there is plenty of restaurans, malls, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. The staff were so friendly. We went there without a booking and they helped us to get three rooms in less than 10 minutes. The rooms were clean. The only drawback was that we found a fly in the breakfast buffet twice, but we informed the staff and they changed the food and told us that they will pay attention to that.

Don't choose this hotel! Don't make my mistakes. The room simply absorbed the smell of cigarettes. The toilet stinks of urine. Cockroaches are running around the floor. The carpet on the floor looked like it had never been washed. Bed linen, towels, everything stinks. The air conditioner doesn't help because it also stinks. At night, all this made me sick, so I opened the window. It turned out that there was no mosquito net at the window. In the morning, my daughter was bitten all over (it’s not clear yet whether there were mosquitoes or bedbugs from the mattress). They didn't change our number. The wife held on and for 3 days she never went to the bathroom in the room, because it stank and there were cockroaches running around. Breakfast is just terrible. Bread, eggs, tea and single use jams/butter. It should be a shame to write that there is breakfast. Terribly dirty smelly hotel in the center of Bursa. I wrote a review immediately after checking out of the room. A day after leaving my review, the hotel managers contacted me. They said they understood my anger. And we are ready to return the payment for one day in the form of an apology. But they asked to delete the review, promising to start repairs soon. I deleted the review on July 16th, today is July 25th, and they are simply deceiving by saying that they are about to send compensation for moral damages. They are scammers, this is their scheme, to persuade the client to delete the review and drag out the refund for days until they forget. And here I am again. I write reviews wherever I can. I have screenshots of our correspondence showing the real face of this hotel (I apologize for calling it a hotel at all).

I am a South African and travelled to Turkey on holiday.We were booked into this hotel by travel agent. Upon arrival, service was good. We arrived in the late evening and supper wasn’t much variety or good. This could be because we arrived late. Staff were friendly. The lifts are small and can fit 2 people with 2 x big luggage and 2 x small luggage bags. We had a long wait for the lift due to the number of people on the tour. When we get to our room (double bed room), to our disgust the room smelt like cigarette. Shower was filthy with mould in the shower. Hairdryer didn’t work, aircon blowed just warm air. Reported same to manager who sent up his technician. We were then moved to the jacuzzi suite. Which was much more cleaner and better. Breakfast was good..better variety than supper and it’s tasty.

Me and my family stayed for 13 nights in this hotel and our experience was perfect. The reservation staff accommodated our requests without any issues. The reception staff was always friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and so was the housekeeping staff. The location of the hotel is good. The lobby area and the hotel cafe are good and comfortable to lounge in. And the hotel spa has a fantastic indoor thermal pool and a nicely sized outdoor pool. I would highly recommend Celik Palace to anyone visiting Bursa, especially families. Looking forward to our next visit.

It is located a little far from the center of Bursa, so you will need to take a taxi to get around. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about 100TL. About 20 minutes by taxi from the bus terminal, 200TL The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Honey is served at breakfast. A satisfying selection of other fresh fruits and vegetables. I only stayed for one night, but I think you can feel the comfort of this hotel if you stay for two or more nights with two or more people. Next time I would like to stay with my partner.

For almost a decade now, I wanted to stay at this boutique hotel and I had the chance to do so only last weekend. I must say I have mixed feelings about this place: the decoration, the view from the room, the overall ambiance are really impressive. Especially waking up to a sunrise with majestic Ulu Mosque on the background was a priceless experience, it was an unforgettable moment. But on the other hand, kitchen smell all over the room during meal hours was unbearable. Getting to the hotel, especially if you have a large vehicle like ours in those tiny roads was nightmarish as the instructions and support from the hotel were insufficient. Service was friendly but not professional. Last but not least, sleep quality was low with sounds coming from all parts of this old wooden house. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one night long stay: we know that we could not get this overall experience from anywhere else due to the unique location and venue it offers. Yet, I believe that, with better management, this hotel stands the chance to be “the” place to stay in Bursa, that’s a final note
