Holiday Inn Bristol Airport

Reception and staff, shuttle bus etc. Were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Hotel very clean, food limited menu but lovely food. Shuttle bus fantastic. No other amenities. Bar was awaiting delivery of draft and bottled beer for 3 days so we had to go somewhere else for a drink. We had booked late check out and were woken up by housekeeping early, explained we had late check out but were woken again by phonecall from Reception asking us to vacate room, it took me to go to reception with proof to which the woman responded 'oh it must be on other server' ??????? Why wasn't it checked then? Completely disorganised. I spent the time I paid for late check prooving I'd paid for it??????? No apologies! Very disappointed. So no drinks or explanation as to why they had let it run out if as they said hotel was 'booked out' that weekend so they should have made sure they had stock and absolutely no regard into what I'd booked and paid for! Really felt sorry for ground staff as management should take responsibility for these issues instead of letting the staff at hotel get burdened with management mistakes! Very let down with mis information and not very good management skills and planning for their visitors stays!

We were delighted this hotel has re opened and fully refurbished, it looks great. The staff are excellent, going above and beyond when I discovered I had left an item in the room after we had checked out and arrived at Bristol Airport, my room was checked immediately and item found! I love the new refurb, including the premier rooms, the rain shower was fabulous, the room and bed was so comfortable, and nice touch with espresso coffees. Alisha in the restaurant was brilliant, managing the bar and waitressing single handed and also very helpful with a small request from us, she was a star! We enjoyed a very nice meal in the restaurant, the portions are generous ! We are booked again in a few weeks and are looking forward to returning. Had the best nights sleep in an airport hotel in a long time!

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening after flying into Bristol airport. Friendly and warm welcome by the receptionist. We were upgraded to an executive suite, which was lovely after a couple of very busy days travelling and flying. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. They were having a refurb which caused no issue to us. Lovely stay.

Beautiful relaxing stay made all the more wonderful by Debbie the night manager, nothing was to much trouble when I got low on coffee & milk and what a great advocate for the business with exemplary customer service,, lovely lady . I would highly recommend because of her . Thanks Debbie x

I Had a lovely overnight stay in the newly refurbished holiday inn Bristol Airport. The room was spacious and very clean , the bed was so comfortable. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Anne-Marie who is a credit to holiday Inn . I would definitely stay again.

Just to add to my last review- Anne-Marie at breakfast - lovely, helpful and friendly and big smile at our table at 6am . Nothing was too much trouble- thank you for looking after us all . 100% will be back again to this hotel . Staff are doing a great job -

Recently refurbished hotel that made our pre flight stay perfect. The rooms were to a very high standard, and the beds were very comfy and comfortable . We had a lovely stay, the staff were also exceptional - highly recommended for your pre flight hotel.

What a lovely hotel - staff - all amazing 🤩 from the lovely ladies at check in to the wonderful lady at dinner who looked after us - will definitely be back . Thank you for a wonderful welcome . Oh and bed and shower amazing - cannot ask for better here .

ALISHA YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE STAR! Nothing was too much for Alisha! Thoroughly enjoyed our food and the beds are so comfy! Will definitely make this hotel our go to! Lovely clean rooms. I love the little extras like the free bottled water and nespresso coffee pods in the room.
