L'hôtel est situé à 30 minutes du centre de Chicago. Nous avons passé 4 nuits. La chambre avec 2 queens size est gran de et claire. La salle de bain est équipée d'une sèche cheveux et de produits d'hygiène. La literie est très bonne. La propreté excellente. Le petit déjeuner est en face du lobby dans une grande salle. Il y a du thé du café du chocolat chaud. Mais aussi yaourts, fruits, céréales, pains, omelette, saucisse, gaufres et beaucoup d'accompagnement. J ai mis 4 sur 5 car on entend un peu la route proche. Mais c'est une bonne expérience.

Great hotel. Very clean and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Very convenient access to highway. The staff was wonderful and Danielle was the nicest desk clerk I have ever met! Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was comfortable and close to several good restaurants. The staff members were friendly. The location was easy to navigate. The breakfast was very stocked and even had almond milk, a rarity at any hotel. It was a very low stress, relaxing stay.

Very nice quiet hotel. Both rooms were spotlessly clean. Super comfortable bed. Morning breakfast was very nice with a terrific assortment of items. Exceptionally friendly staff. We will definitely return.

Just spent 54 nights at this hotel while working in the area. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful, throughout the entire stay. The hotel and parking lot were well maintained and clean. It is the best overall experience that I have ever had in all of my travels. I spend an average of 112 nights a year in hotels throughout the US and Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel. There are large inconsistencies between all of them. This hotel should be used as the standard for all others.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, while meeting up with an old acquaintance; and enjoyed the experience. Our check-in was efficient and welcoming; and we especially appreciated Allison's efforts at accommodating our needs and presenting an upgrade option the first front-desk person had missed. The facility is clean and well-maintained; and our room was comfortable and spacious, providing a wonderful retreat during our stay. The complimentary breakfasts were very good, offering a number of options from which to choose. The staff kept the dining and food areas clean and well-stocked. The day long coffee service was a nice addendum. If one is seeking quality lodging while in the area, this location is a solid choice.

It was very clean-it made me comfortable. The staff is very friendly!! I highly recommend staying here!! I had questions & they had answers. I also was able to get late check out that really helped me out with getting things ready & done. I didn't feeling as rushed- thank you for that!

Consistently Clean,comfortable, friendly and no weirdos. Front desk staff mi dfully attends to the needs of the customers. I have been here many time over the past few years and it has always been consistent excellent.

When I called to book my reservation in Saint Charles Illinois I let the person that I needed a roll-in shower and she said all our ada rooms have roll in showers even though it doesn't say that on the website, so I book it with her but something just didn't seem right so I call Saint Charles Hampton Inn and they informed me that they do not have any roll-in shower rooms available and that all ada rooms do not come with a roll-in shower. So I canceled my reservation and call Burr Ridge Hampton Inn directly as the booking center employee's are not well informed about the hotel they work for and I would have been responsible for the cost even though I couldn't stay there. No fan in the bathroom and the room needs an update. Never should a ada room be on the 2nd floor. My window looked out at the back of the Hampton Inn Sign that is located over the receptionist desk. Could shut the blinds by the switch on the wall.
