The hotel has a free shuttle bus, but you have to look carefully and don't take the wrong one. There are many DoubleTrees nearby. The earliest check-in time is 1pm, and you need to pay a $50 deposit. I paid it but didn't check whether it was refunded to me. It said it will be automatically refunded 7 days after I leave. The hotel is relatively old, about 15 minutes drive from the airport, a very ordinary American hotel

We booked an overnight and were lucky to catch the shuttle coming and going within minutes of our arrivals at the shuttle stops. Hotel staff checking us in were great- quick and efficient. Room and bed were very comfortable.

The hotel charges parking fees of $33 per night, which is still very expensive. On the day of check-in, a female front desk clerk helped me with the check-in. When it came to the parking fee, the front desk clerk was not very friendly. I am quite disappointed with Hilton!
