Very fancy hotel. This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Burgos, opposite of the incredible cathedral. The breakfast area looks like it's a former church. Absolutely beautiful! The good: - Spacious room. - Dogs welcome. -Organic (and delicious) coffee and tea in the room (Nespresso capsules). -Breakfast very rich and a lot of choices. -Underground parking at 20€/night. The bad: -35€ for the dogs per night, might be the most expensive I've ever paid for them. -I had an unpleasant experience with the man working at the breakfast area. He came up to my table and spoke fast and a lot. I understand some Spanish but it was too much. He saw that I didn't understand and said “no comprende” and left. Very rude! By observing the other tables I understood that he was asking if I wanted to order something from the kitchenand listed all the different options. It would have been nice to do that!

This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to landmarks, shops, and bus stations. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. The rooms were very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. There was an emergency light over the door that was on all night making it difficult to sleep. I would stay here again.

Because driving from France to Madrid, Zhongtong was too tired to stay here for one night. Very few Chinese people should come to this city on purpose. Overall good. The location is good and the church next to it is also very famous. Cost-effective.

Excellent service, very helpful and friendly. The room was cozy, with parking spaces close to the site. On foot you will still have to walk a few minutes but by car, in five minutes you will be in the city center. Once again, thank you to all the staff, they are the highlight of the hotel.

The hotel was well, a little old facilities and the room, the small room, the bed was comfortable, very well located for what I needed. The check in is done by phone or with a machine that is on the entrance,no people to attend at reception,that is the only thing.

El servicio es deficiente. No hay recepción ni sitio para dejar las maletas. Te atienden los camareros y son muy secos. Está a media hora andando del centro
